"Two chocolate milkshakes, nice and ready." I said, handing the drinks to a pair of customers who were excited to see the sweet drink.
I return behind the counter after they've said 'thank you', removing my apron and hanging it on the rack before looking at my mom who shoots me a smile and a nod, allowing me to leave to do my 'homework' as I walk upstairs to my room.
I open the door and see Grayson sitting on my bed, reading one of the many books I have on my bookshelf. His leather jacket is off and next to him as his black t-shirt is tight on his arms and the afternoon sun is glowing on his face nicely.
He seemed very focused in the book, almost as if he's never read a book before. I decide to walk behind him, hugging him as my chest came into contact with his broad back.
Big and full of muscle, a man indeed.
I told him today at school to sneak into my room after I was finished my shift so that we could spend time together in private.
I kissed his cheek softly as his eyes still glued on the page, mumbling the words he was reading.
I brush his hair with my fingers, loving his brown hair. I told him to cool it down with the gel and now it is as soft as ever.
"What are you reading, babe?" I ask him, putting my chin on his shoulder and placing a kiss on his neck, goosebumps appearing on his skin.
He finished his page and turned to me, smiling as he kissed my cheek.
"I'm reading Fahrenheit 451 but it has so many big words." He complained, closing the book and putting it on the bed before bringing me to his knees, making me straddle him as he kissed my lips.
It was a peaceful afternoon. The sun was warming the room and the only sound you could hear were faint laughs from the dinner downstairs and the birds chirp from my window.
I pull away, cupping his face gently. "Doll, there aren't any big words in that book you was reading." I explain as he closed his eyes as I kissed his nose.
I love our intimacy when we were alone. We take advantage of our time together as much as possible since we were not public yet.
"Darling, i'm dyslexic." He confessed as I pulled away from the warmth in his neck to meet his gorgeous hazel eyes.
"Oh." I said, "I never knew that."
He chuckled, "I don't really tell people. It's just something that I have to live with." He shrugged before placing me flat on my bed and kissing along my jaw as he hovered over me.
I giggled as he hit a spot that sent shivers down my spine.
He pulls away, looking down at me with a smile.
"That tickled, Gray." I told him as he gave out a slight laugh and went back to the same spot, sucking on the flesh.
QUIT LAUGHING
a heard a man's voice play in my head, making me look up at a rainy, dark sky, not my bed room ceiling.
I shook the thought off as Gray went to kiss my lips and his hands travel to my waist and gave a squeeze.
PLEASE STOP
CUT THE GAS! YOU LIKE IT
"Stop." I whispered to Grayson but he could not hear me. "Grayson, please get off." I said in a loud voice, about to scream in panic as he got off completely, looking at me with worried eyes, looking at my paranoid facce.
I sit up on the corner of my bed as I shook off the memory from my head, confused about the images i am seeing.
"Hey, Kitty Kat," Grayson began, putting an arm around me and holding me close to him as I laid my head on his shoulder. "What's got your mind foggy?" He asked me softly as he rubbed my cheek to calm me down.
