Monique POV :

It is the last day before Winter break an I couldn't be anymore excited. My dad called an told me he will be home around six. He told me to wear something nice because we are going out to dinner with his girlfriend. I can't wait to meet her an find out more about her an how they met. Luckily the school cares so much that they gave us a half a day. So after lunch we can leave. "Guess who?" I know it's Jason but I decide to play with him for a bit. "Um let me say Harry Styles...no it has to be Jamie Dornan, please be Jason Dornan" Jason spends me around with a smirk plastered on his face. "I'm sexier than both of them. So are you ready to see your dad an his girlfriend." I tell him I can't wait, I hop on his back as we walk to my class. When we get to my class he gives me a peck on the cheek an I take my seat next to Michael an he takes his seat next to one of his friends.
After class it's lunch then home. I'm sitting with Christina, she is leaving tonight so we spending lunch together. Michael is sitting with Dasia cause her parents are flying her out to Paris for break. Her parents are models. Kelvin well I don't know what happened to him. His dad will be home today so I know he will be happy.
After lunch I put my books in my locker an went to find Michael, when I found him he was kissing Dasia bye. When he turned around he grabbed me in a hug an I nuzzled my face in his neck. Nothing like a best friend hug. He smells like cinnamon and mint. He walks me to my car an I tell him I will see him later.
As soon as I get in the house I hurry up and get in the shower. I make sure I smell like strawberries when I'm done. I went into my closet an found a pretty dress for dinner. I want to make a good first impression.
It was about four when I finish getting dressed an hair am makeup was done. I give myself a once look over an send a picture to Christina. "She will love you." I smile at the message. I head downstairs an grab my keys. I shoot Michael a text letting him know I will be out to dinner with my dad. "I will be out with my mom. Make sure you call me when you get home. Luv ya. Xoxo" I head out to my car an head to the restaurant my dad told me to meet him.
I finally arrive at the restaurant an see my dad. I automatically give him a hug an kiss. I miss my dad when he on the road.
Mr Wythe: hey princess.
Me: hey dad. I missed you.
Mr Wythe: I miss you too. You know it's still not too late to move down to Miami with me. There is a great private school.
Me: you know I can't leave Michael, he my best friend. Plus Gab will miss me.
Mr Wythe: so how is Ms Union doing?
Me: she doing good.
Female: Sweetie. Sorry I'm late.
I turn around an my mouth drops.
Female: Hey Nique
Male: Hey mom.... What the world...Nique what...
Mr Wythe: Princess..
Ms. Union: Michael....
I'm speechless, an so us Michael. Gab sits beside my dad while Michael sits beside me. Michael an I look at each other then at our parents. My dad has his arm around Michael's mom shoulder an she rest her head on his shoulder
