I woke up early excited for the trip. Yesterday was a shock. I never expected my dad an Gab to actually date. This was always a dream of Michael an I to be related. Some part of me was kinda upset for some reason. But as soon as I got home last night I packed my suitcases. My dad told me that I will riding with Michael an Kelvin. Yay!!! That means I get the entire backseat to myself. After I got dressed I went to the store to get some snacks for the trip. Unfortunately I can't bring ice-cream. When I got to the store, I saw Lewis he was getting some stuff. Me: Hey Lewis. Lewis: Hey Monique. What are you up to? Me: Getting ready for a family trip. Did your mom come home? Lewis: No. She won't be able to come home. So I'm going to chill at home. Me: hold on. I take out my phone an make a call to Kelvin. After about three minutes I hang up with him am walk back over to Lewis. Me: go home an pack a suitcase for a week. You will be joining me an my family. The holidays are meant to be with friends an family. Oh yea my dad will be there. He asked me about you a few days ago. Lewis: are you sure. I don't want to barge in. Me: GO HOME AN PACK AN BE AT MY HOUSE IN A HOUR. I finish getting the stuff for the trip an head home. When I got home I put all the snacks in a bigger bag. My dad went next door to help Gab load their stuff in the trunk of their car. I looked out the window an I see Kelvin an his dad pull up in front of Michael house. I'm waiting at my house for Lewis. About thirty minutes later Lewis pulls up. He helps me load my stuff in Michael car.

After all cars are packed we head out. I have the entire fourth row seat to myself. Kelvin was driving, Michael was in the passenger seat an Lewis was behind them. The snacks were beside Lewis. Lewis looks like J.Cole, the ladies love Lewis. At one point even I had a crush on him. We stop for bathroom an stretch our legs. I was talking to Gab while the men an boys were filling up the tank and emptying trash. Ms Union: I hope you aren't mad at me. Me: Mad about what? Ms Union: About me an your dad? Me: Surprised...yes...mad NO!! Actually I'm happy. This is what Michael an I always wanted growing up. Ms Union: Yea Michael told me last night. Dad: Hey princess. What are my two favorite ladies talking about? Me: You two. Dad: well y'all can fill me in when we arrive. We about to head out. Michael told me to tell you that you are riding up front with him. Oh yea talk about being up front sweetie you riding up front with me so Ben can rest. I hug my dad an head back to Kelvin car. I hop up in the passenger seat beside Michael. Kelvin is sitting beside Lewis. I plug my phone up to the aux cord an turn on Apple music. I turn to Lil Uzi Vert an we are now rapping the lyrics to the songs playing. We finally arrive at the cabin an to my surprise it's more of a mansion made of wood logs. This place has six rooms an a movie room. I went to claim the room closest to Michael. Kelvin room was across from mine, Lewis was next to Kelvin. All the adults rooms were at the other end of the hall.

I flop down on my bed and just smell the fresh air. There is a knock on my door so I invite the person in. Mr Dunkin: hey Monique. Just letting you know us adults are going out to get groceries. Make sure the boys behave. Me: sure will Mr Dunkin Mr Dunkin: you can call me Ben. Me: ok. Thanks. Oh yea on a football note, don't stay in the pocket so long. Brown can get down the field. Ben: thanks. I'll tell coach. How about when we get back I get you tickets to the Steelers at Redskins game. Me: thank you I give Ben a hug an thank him. He then heads out with my dad an Gab. I go next door Michael room an I see he is on the phone, I assume with Dasia. So I knock on Lewis door. He opens the door an I walk in but I see he is video chatting with his mom. I apologize and say hey to his mom then excuse myself out. So I head back to my room. I found it pointless to knock on Kelvin door so I came back in my room an changed in a pair of sweatpants an a old shirt that Michael left at my house and put my hair up in a messy bun. The adults came back a hour later with groceries and Thai food. They said an I quote "we too tired to cook." Everyone sat around the dinning room table an ate an enjoyed great conversation. This is going to be a great holiday.
