SHARK BAIT HOO HA HA!"

"SHARKS! SHARKS! SHARKS!"

The encore of male voices startled me as a mass of hunky boys pushed their way through the common area of White Waters College where all the freshmen were gathered. A few people watched horror stricken as the muscular jocks passed by creating havoc.

I, on the other hand, laughed in recognition at the phrase 'Shark bait hoo ha ha' from the movie 'Finding Nemo.' I had to admit that it was quite original and the person who came up with it deserved a high-five.

As the ruckus subsided, the old lady standing at the front of the scared freshmen group had our undivided attention. She continued speaking about the importance of attending all classes, as well as studying hard and partying less. Apparently, freshman year was our toughest challenge yet. She was a kind but brutally honest soul and she radiated positive vibes, making me feel comfortable with my choice of attending White Waters College. Go sharks!

"Sharkbait hoo ha ha!" Em mocked as we were dismissed from the do's and don'ts speech.

"Is it just me, or do you also have the urge to re-watch Finding Nemo?" I looped my arm through hers and we strutted off to our first class, laughing. At the elevator we said our goodbyes because my brainiac best friend was studying to be a doctor.

I was absentmindedly roaming the halls, peeking into the different auditoriums and was surprised by the size of these classes. Some classes had not one open seat, where did all these people come from? I looked down at my school-map once more before taking a sharp right to the teaching hall and collided head on with someone.

"Ouch," I clutched my head and bent down to help the stranger pick up his notes sprawled all over the shiny floor.

"I'm sorry, are you okay?" He asked, rising as he shoved his notes into his empty backpack.

"Yeah," I laughed, handing him the rest of his notes and watched as he also carelessly shoved them into the messy backpack "Are you?"

"Definitely, I think you're a bit too small to cause any damage," he laughed and I took in his good looks. He had dark red hair with striking green eyes and a very muscular build. And his shorter length made him seem even more muscular.

"Don't let my size fool you," I winked at him and he stuck his hands into his jean pockets.

"Duly noted," he chuckled while I narrowed my eyes at him, smiling.

"Anyway, I'm Aaron." He held out his large hand and my hand felt tiny as I looked down at our joint hands.

"Rose," I simply said, meeting his eyes again. "It's nice to meet you, sorry for walking into you." I smiled and he chuckled again

"Didn't even feel it, Rose. Beautiful name." Our hands were still joined and I pulled away quickly, blushing like crazy. I flicked the watch on my wrist nervously when my eyes caught the time.

"Shit. I'm late!" I groaned and rushed past the attractive boy standing in front of me. Where are my manners?

"Bye, Aaron." I shouted, slightly facing backwards as he waved and winked. I started to run down the hall towards my class and breathed deeply as I pushed the large wooden doors open. They creaked and I cringed, drawing everyone's attention as I slumped into the biology 101 for teachers.

"I'm so sorry." I apologized for what felt like the thousandth time in a few minutes. The professor nodded at me and scrunched his nose in disappointment or disgust. I made my way up the small staircase until the very top where two open seats waited. I plopped down ungracefully and grabbed my notepad from my backpack. Just as I wrote the date the door creaked open again and a familiar face strolled in, not even acknowledging the professor staring at him in disbelief.
