Once again, Frank and I's date got ruined. Not by one of us needing to leave, but by people interrupting, but I understand that it's not everyday people see a member of their favorite band.
"I am so sorry." Frank apologizes, standing up to take photos with a few teenagers.
"It's okay!" I promise, smiling.
We were in a coffee shop, hoping we could sit and enjoy our coffee, but a few teenagers spotted Frank right after we sat down.
Once Frank sits back down, sighing slightly.
"Some days I wish I wasn't in a band." Frank comments, "But then I remember that if I wasn't I would have never met you."
I smile, but just as I'm about to say 'I love you', Frank's name gets called for our coffee.
He stands up once again, walking over to the counter, leaving me at the table. As Frank turns around to turn back towards me, he stops, only to turn in the direction of the teenagers from minutes prior.
"How dare you say that about y/n. How dare you say that she's using me, 'cause I'm honestly shocked she's still dating me because I always end having to take time that I was supposed to spending with her to talk to ruse people like you. Every time we try and go out and do something even as small as getting coffee, rude people like you talk about y/n when you think I can't hear you, and I'm so tired of it! My relationship is not yours, so please stop talking about them like so." Frank exclaims, making my eyes widen, " Don't try to apologize, because you'd only be doing it 'cause I called you out, not because you actually feel any sense of remorse. Just think twice before you make snide remarks about my girlfriend, within earshot of me ever. "
Frank looks as if he's going to throw the cups of scolding coffee at the remaining teenager that stayed to listen to Frank's outburst.
It's not that I didn't know people were talking about me, I just chose to ignore since most of the things they say are never true.
Frank sends a glare at the teenagers that had cowered out side of the coffee shop before continuing back to our table.
"Can we leave?" He asks, trying to be as polite as possible.
"Sure." I state, standing from my chair. I push in the chair, then Frank hands me my coffee.
Once we exit the small coffee shop, Frank wraps his arm around my waist as we walk toward a shop down the street.
"I love you." He says as he takes a sip of his coffee, only to stick his tongue out. "Man, I burnt my tongue."
"I love you too, ya' dork." I reply, shaking my head.
"Yeah, but I'm your dork." Frank cheekily replies, smiling.
"Of Course."
