Chapter 18: Move-on.

It was a Saturday afternoon, I was grocery shopping cause we ran out of stocks and I have to buy Irene Unnie, medicine.

Ground Beef $15 per 1/KG.

Not bad, I wanted to make chilli for dinner since we kept eating canned foods and take-outs from the restaurant, i wanted to make something fresh and homemade. also I missed making kimchi.

Kimchi.

there's a specific someone who's really good with cooking kimchi, and i really miss her. haven't seen her but I believe she'll be discharge today from the hospital, I hope she's doing fine now.

sighing I pushed the cart and made my way to find some jalapeño peppers.

after all that grocery shopping I went to the drug store to buy my unnie her maintenance.

"Here you go Ma'am" I bowed and put the change in my purse. walking out the drug store, I bumped into a tall guy.

"Sorry Mi- Oh, Jisoo?"

"Suho?" Yeah, it's him.

"Sorry didn't see you there, it's so crowded here. what're you up to?"

"Uh I went grocery shopping
and uh some medicine" I said.

"Um, did you have lunch? Let's go eat, It's okay if you don't wanna"

"No, I'd love to. besides It starving"

"so, what's up with you with dragging me to eat?"
He chuckles.

"Nothing. I just want to eat, it's kind of lonely to eat alone and what a luck that I bumped into you, again" He smiles genuinely.

"Lonely? at this age? You don't have a wife? or girlfriend?" lonely. Oh what am I saying.

"I used to have one, but let's just say things got a little complicated between us.. so uh, where do you want to eat?" I was staring at him and noticed how his. face got a little sad.

My heart ached cause I can relate to him, I guess when things aren't meant to be gets separated. just like me and her.. but why the universe brought her back?
Does this mean anything? I hope its something good.

"Um, You up for something homemade?"

"Hm, What is this? what's in the sauce? tastes great"

"Thank you, it's just soy sauce and some spices." I'm glad he likes the food, actually its.. uhh, Jennie's recipe.

she's like the cook in the house, I watched her cook everytime she does. when we were young, we practice the basics of cooking, like chopping. I remember Jen, struggling with the onions, it was very cute.

"so I'm curious, what do you do for a living?" I asks sitting across him with my cup of coffee.

"Um, actually. I own the 'BLACKLABEL' company" my eyes widen in shock.

"You mean the one that sells the finest wine worldwide?" He nods and continued to eat his food.

"so you're saying, the owner of blacklabel is eating and is inside my house right now, eating my food" He laughs. what's funny? I'm just so surprise that the CEO of Blacklabel, is in my house and my friend.

"But since you're the Owner, why don't you have any paparazzi and body guards all over you?"

"I'm a 42 year old man, I don't want them near me not even as close as 10 meters"
