Chapter 3: Greetings

On Earth

???: "Welcome to Earth Optimus Prime we have been expecting you all. Please follow us."

Optimus was greeted by an Autobot that had wide optic shades and had a fine paint job of shinny silver and who seemed to have a style most young bots have at their age

Optimus: "Thank you uh...!"

????: "Oops my bad I ain't given y'all my name. It slipped my mind. My name is Jazz, pleased to meet yo acquaintance."

Jazz said as he approached the Autobots

Optimus: Ah I see well thank you Jazz well as you know I am Optimus Prime Leader of The Autobots and this is my team

Bumblebee: "Yo Jazz whats up buddy?"

Jazz: "Bumblebee what's up home-bot?"

Bumblebee: "Been scrappin' cons since you got the easy life!"

Arcee: "Call me Arcee!"

Jazz: "I'm honored Miss Arcee!"

Jazz took Arcee's servo and placed a simple kiss on her servo. Arcee smiled at the kind gesture

Arcee: "My what a gentlebot!"

Cliffjumper: "Cliffjumper is the name everyone calls me Cliff and grumpy grandpa over there is Ratchet."

Ratchet: "My pistons my be rusty but my hearing is sharp as ever!"

Bulkhead: "They call me Bulkhead, but you can call me Bulk!"

The autobots introduced each other and went off to Jazz's base in the middle of the desert

Jazz: "Yo Night Bird were coming in I got the rest of the autobots meaning I got the best of the bunch!"

Night Bird: "Excellent I'll send transportation!"

The autobots were surprised when the ground bridge appeared and a strange looking bot came out. He had a robust body and odd features. He was covered in black and red armor with a tint of silver. He had black razor-blade wings and fangs that appeared to be canine teeth

???: "Jazz are these the new comers you spoke of today?"

He asked in a a voice no deeper than Optimus voice. As he walked back and fourth examining the Autobots, they stood still and look at him in confusion. Then he stopped and began to give Optimus a hatred look

???: "What is your designation?"

He asked in an odd manner as if he were ready to pounce on the motionless and serious Prime

Optimus: "I am Optimus Prime Leader of the Autobots. What is your designation?"

??? : "I am Razor-blade. Most call me Razor for short"

The two large mechs stared down at each other with their optics locking in suspense as the Autobots watched their leader

Jazz: "Yo Razor cool your helm man they're on our side jeez"

Jazz scowled at the odd mech as he pulled away from Optimus' direction

Arcee: "What was that all about?"

Bumblebee: "Beats me. Imagine if it just went down right there!"

Ratchet: "Absurd Optimus has more sense than to go looking for a fight he is a Prime after all."

Arcee: "If it weren't that way I would so want to see that"

The autobots followed Jazz and Razor into the base and met the rest of the autobots with Night Bird

Optimus: "Hello Night Bird it is good to see you again old friend."

Night Bird: "Like wise Optimus it has been quite some time. Allow me to introduce my team. Of course you already know Jazz and Razor. These other two are Bandit and War Path. They are practically war machines."

Night Bird pointed to a black and blue buff bot which was Bandit and a dark red normal bot as War Path

Optimus: "These are my autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Arcee, Cliffjumper, and Bulkhead."

Night Bird: I am glad you are here we need every possible bot to defeat the Decepticons

Arcee: "Decepticons? HERE?.......scrap"

Night Bird: "I'll explain everything soon enough. But I do know Megatron's return is eminent. Now you all need to get some rest. Come with me I will show each of you your quarters."

Night Bird led the autobots down a hall of rooms. Each of them had a similar room except Optimus he had the biggest because of his massive size

Night Bird: "Ah and Optimus I am honored to relinquish command of the Autobots. It is good to have you back sir"

Optimus simply gave a slight nod and went into his quarters

On board the Nemesis

???: "Commander Starscream we have pinpointed Lord Megatron's signal."

Starscream optics widened as he heard Breakdown call him commander. He perfectly knew that he was in command as of now

Starscream: "BREAKDOWN HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY IT? IT IS LORD STARSCREAM TO YOU."

Starscream was furious. Breakdown did not flinch he stood his ground as he stared down to a low life Decepticon like Starscream

Breakdown: " Ha ha ha I serve only one master and I'd be damned if it was you. As I was saying we have located his signal."

Starscream: "Soundwave lock on his coordinates and activate the space bridge"

Soundwave gave a slight nod and activated the space bridge. Far beyond the earth's moon a space bridge was activated and out came a Cybertronian ship. It was Megatron

Megatron: "Decepticons I have returned!"
