Chapter 22: The Double Wedding Begins part 2

Shadow P.O.V

Miko set the computer to play the songs automatically as she sat with Jack and Rafael and ate. Then Cliffjumper and Bandit came to where we were sitting and asked a question that suprised me.

Bandit and Cliffjumper: "May we dance with the brides?"

I looked at Optimus and he looked at me. He smiled and titled his taking a quick glance at the dance floor. He responded to me in the bond.

Optimus: "* Go on."

Ismailed and kissed his cheek as I took Bandit's cervo. Arcee did the sameas she took Cliffjumper's cervo. They led us to the dance floor as my favorite song as a human came on.

"Picture perfect memories scattered all around the floor reachin for the phone cause I cant fight it anymore and I wonder if I ever cross your mind for me it happens all the time"

Bandit danced slowly to the pase of the song as he spun me and he spoke.

Bandit: "You look lovely tonight."

"It's a quarter after one,I'm all alone and I need you now I said I wouldn't call but I lost all control and I need you now and I dont know how I can do without, I just need you now"

Shadow: "Thank you. You also look handsome Bandit."

Bandit: "Now I feel special."

I gave a small chuckle as Optimus heard me through the bond and sent a wave of warning as he spoke.

Optimus: "* Shadow dont go there."

I rolled my optics as I spoke back.

Shadow: "* You're such a jelous type Optimus. And in case you haven't noticed I married you today so you can't say anything because I love you. "

Optimus: " Alright you win."

I smiled as I kept dancing with Bandit. I took a glance at Arcee and saw she was smiling as she danced with Cliffjumper. I shook my helm and smiled as we both kept dancing.

"Another shot of whiskey can't stop looking at the door wishing you'd come sweeping in the way you did before and I wonder if I ever cross your mind for me it happens all the time it's a quarter after one im a little drunk and I need you now I said I wouldn't call but I lost all control and I need you now and I dont know how I can do without I just need you now"

We slowed as the the music stop for a while.

"Guess I'd rather hurt than feel nothing at all. It's a quarter after one I'm all alone and I need you now and I said I wouldn't call but I'm a little drunk and I need you now and I dont know how I can do without, I just need you now, I just need you now Ohh baby I need you know"

When the song ended Cliffjumper and Bandit escorted us back to our table where our mechs awaited. Optimus stood up and took my cervo as he sat me sown gentleman like.

Arcee P.O.V

Jazz put his hand behind my back as he sat me down as well. I smiled at him as he kissed my cheek. I then looked at Cliffjumper and Bandit.

Arcee: " Thanks for the dance Cliffjumper. "

Cliffjumper: "It was my pleasure."

Shadow: " Thank you Bandit. It was lovely."

Bandit: "You are most welcome. "

Optimus: "Dont go getting any ideas Bandit or I will hunt you down."

Shadow: "Optimus!"

Optimus: "Just kidding. I dont want my love to ever be mad at me."

Shadow: "You got that right."

The two me hs walked away as Arcee laughed as she looked at Optimus.

Optimus: "What's so funny."

Arcee: "It looks like she owns you more than you own her."

Optimus: "Well as the humans say Happy wife Happy life."

Shadow: "Have you been hanging out with Jack?"

Optimus: " Maybe."

Jazz: "Looks like you know more about humans don't you?"

Optimus: " Maybe."

Shadow P.O.V

Arcee and I laughed as Jazz and Optimus simply chuckled. Optimus held my cervo and kissed my cheek gently.

Optimus: "You look amazing."

Shadow: "So do you."

I sighed and remembered something my mother told me before she died. She told me if I ever got married to someone who loved me very deeply to cherish that love and never let go while they are there with me.

I smiled as Optimus felt my bit of sorrow through the bond. He then put a comforting cervo on my shoulder.

Shadow: "If only my mother could see me now."

Optimus: "I am sure she is watching you from above as you call it heaven. "

Shadow: "Yeah. But I wish she was here."

Optimus: "She is. You carry her within you in your spark. She will always be with you."

Shadow: " Thank you Optimus. That means alot to me."

Optimus: " Anytime."

General Narration

As the wedding continued, the children began to dance to their own songs. We all watched as they danced and began to laugh. Bumblebee took a sudden interest in Rafael's moves as he mimicked him in doing the robot.

Jack: "Hahahaha right the robot."

Optimus slightly tilted his helm curiously as he smiled at Bumblebee. I smiled as I watched the others dance. Suddenly I saw Ratchet dancing with Night Bird. I quickly tapped Optimus as I pointed out the two.He looked in the direction of his old friend. His lower lip dropped in shock as he began to smile at his old friend.

Shadow: " Oh my AllSpark they look so cute together. "

Optimus: " I agree."

Shadow: "Arcee, Jazz. Look."

They looked to where I was pointing their optics widend and smiled at the two. Night Bird had her helm against his chestplate as he held her close. All four of us stared at them. The other autobots looked to what we were starting at everyone went quiet. Though the music kept playing. Ratchet and Night Bird didn't seem to notice.
