Chapter 4: Encounters

Okay guys this is were the story changes. I am introducing the human girl Rose Belkin. She is in a bad situation with her father Victor who beats her and blames her for the death of her mother.

Two Months Later

Rose P.O.V

Rose: "AAH........Please.............Stop!"

I barley managed to say as the whips of the belt kept coming to me. I couldn't take it anymore my dad kept beating me and beating me for a crime I did not commit

Victor: "THIS IS YOUR FAULT ROSE YOUR MOTHER IS DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU !"

Rose: "Pl-please..........s-stop!"

I got up from the floor before he could hit me one last time I ran past him going out the door and into the cold night air.

Victor: "Hey get back here now."

I ran and ran until I was in the middle of no where. The freezing cold night air stung my wounds. I looked back at the place I called home and left. As I kept walking, I heard the howls of wolves deep in the desert. Suddenly I saw a bright light coming at me. I flinched and stood ready to die. Then the light stopped in front of me and I realized it was a semi truck. Before I could do anything else I blacked out in front of it.

Optimus P.O.V

I sat there in silence as I watched the native life form collapse in front of me. I transformed into my robot mode and scooped her up carefully, being aware of the size of my servos

Optimus: "Optimus to base I have a situation. Do you read?"

Night Bird: "I hear you Optimus what is your status?"

Optimus: "One of the native life forms has collapsed in front of the road. You know I don't abandon those in need, but I am on a different world and I ask you what shall I do?"

Night Bird gave a small chuckle as she recalled my pet peeve of leaving those in need behind.

Night Bird: "Bring it in we'll attend to it."

I transformed into my vehicle mode with the girl inside the bunk I had with me. She lay there motionless for a while until I got her to base. As Night Bird attended to her, my autobots were surprised of the native I did not abandoned.

Jazz: "They are called humans Optimus. They are the inhabitants of this world."

Optimus: "I see thank you Jazz."

After Jazz explained to me of the humans, Arcee came up to me wondering of the native.

Arcee: "Optimus with all due respect but what is it and why'd you bring it here?"

Optimus: "It is called a human. They are the inhabitants of this world and I brought it here because it was injured and I did not know what to do with an injured human"

Rosa P.O.V

I woke up in a strange place, and saw a human like body, but it was more than the average human size and its skin was metal. Then it spoke to me with the relaxing voice of a female's voice.

???: "Hello human how are you feeling?"

I realized that the female was a giant robot. I flinched at her massive height

???: "Its OK don't be afraid I'm not gonna hurt you little one!"

She assured me that she wasn't going to harm me and with that I built up the courage to speak

Rose: "My name is Rose Belkin!"

???: "I am Night Bird. I'm glad to see you're OK!"

She said with a comforting smile. As I stared at her in disbelief, a larger robot came into the room. He was taller than Night Bird and had a nice paint job of blue and red. I nearly jumped out of my skin as his deep soft voice spoke to me with grace

???: "Hello human my name is Optimus Prime. What is your designation

I answered the big robot in relaxation.

Rose: "I am Rose Belkin it is nice to meet you sir"

Optimus: "How are you feeling today?"

The giant robot asked me with absolute care as if he were to care for me

Rose : I" am feeling better Thank you."

Night Bird: "Optimus Prime is the one who saved you last night he found you passed out in the middle of the road. He brought you hear and we attended to you!"

Rosa: "We......?"

I asked as if there were more of these giant robots.

Optimus: "Come with me I shall introduce you to the Autobots. Night Bird, with your permission to clear her of medical requirement?"

Night Bird: "Of course."

Optimus held out a hand to me. I hopped on sitting with my legs crossed, as he led me to an even bigger room where the rest of them were. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was the most amazing thing I had ever seen

Optimus: "We are an autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron also known as autobots. This is what is left of us. That we know of. This is my crew Bumblebee, Ratchet, Arcee, Cliffjumper, Bulkhead, Jazz, Bandit, War Path, and Razor-blade. You already know Night Bird and myself."

Rose: Cool

Optimus: "I need to speak with you in private Rose. Excuse me autobots. "

Optimus transformed into his vehicle mode and opened his passenger door for me to hop in and drove off. After we left the base there was an awkward silence between me and the large robot

Rose : "What did you want to talk to me about Optimus?"

Optimus: "Why were you all the way out here in the 1st place in the middle of no where?"

I remembered why I ended up out here in the 1st place. Surely Optimus would understand why I did though he wasn't human and since he seemed to be the wisest of them all.

Rose: "I ran away from home. I ran and ran until I couldn't anymore"

Optimus: "Why did you run away ? May I ask."

I hesitated to answer the Prime's question but found the courage to speak up

Rosa: "Yes you may ask and I ran away because I couldn't be with my father anymore. I couldn't bare being beaten any longer"

Optimus: "Are trying to say you were mistreated by a parental unit."

Optimus asked me not understanding the way of speaking on Earth

Rose: "Yes that is exactly what I am saying. That's why you found me. Well that's one of the reasons."
