Chapter 1

CALI'S POV

"What?!? We cant move! All my friends are here." I cried after dad dropped the news boom on me and Ty.

"Cali, this is a really big movie. We need more areas to shoot it." Dad said.

"Plus, it's were we get to meet our new baby girl," daddy added.

"But, aren't i your baby girl?" I asked kind of shocked he said that. Trust me, I'm really happy for the new addition, but I'm their baby girl.

"Oh Calster, you are our princes. You're not a baby anymore," dad replied." We will still love you both just as much once the baby gets here," Jay reminded us for the millionth time this week.

TAYLOR'S POV

Cali likes to call Kevin dad and Jason daddy. I just call them by their given names.

"I'm thrilled to move to California! I can't wait," i said after Cali stopped talking.

"What? What about Victoria, your girlfriend?" Jason asked.

"Oh, I broke up with her," i started while looking at floor," i caught her sleeping with Jimmy, my best friend." I tried to hold the tears in as I walked to the living room, but I couldn't hold it in. Cali came running in and sat on my lap and hugged me.

"May i ask, hong long ago was this?" She slowly asked, trying to be nice. I knew she would ask.

"Two weeks," i mumbled.

"Taytay, she is a total bitch. If she really loved you she would have never done that. You deserve better than her, and she never deserves someone as amazing as you," she said while pulling back from hugging me.

"Thanks Cali. You're right, i need to get over her. This move should be good for me." I said as my phone buzzed. It was on the counter, so Kevin looked to see who it was.

"Its, um, Victoria," he yelled to me." What did she say?" I asked half wanting to know, half not giving a fuck.

"She said," Kev said while opening my phone," she says she is sorry and wants to get back together."

I roll ode my eyes and stood up. I grabbed my phone and replied.

"To: Victoria,

No, we are never getting back together! Wanna know why. Cause i moved on, plus I'm moving to a different state."

I sent it and put my phone down. A few minutes later she called me but i ignored it. Cali gave me a big hug and we walked to the game room. She is the best gamer girl i have ever met!

CALI'S POV

"I'm sorry you have to start your first year of high school in a new school, away from your friends." Ty said out of no were as we where in the middle of a game. I got held back in 4th grade. So most of my friends are a year younger than me. But its cool, less drama. Most of the time.

It's the first of July. We are leaving on the tenth. So i have a little over a week left with my friends. Plus the Fourth of July. But i don't have plans to go to anyone's party yet.

After dinner i texted all my friends the news. We were in a group chat, all 8 of us, and we agreed to meet at my place tomorrow at 10am and swim and hang out. Two of my best friends are boys, and Taylor doesn't really like them. He think one of them will date me, them hurt me. Like him and Victoria. I told my friends that too.

We are going to make Taylor the happiest man in the world tomorrow, my dad's are in on it too. Tomorrow will be the best day ever!!
