Tom's POV:
It was already dark outside and Tord was still not awake. "Hey guys, I think we should come back tomorrow." Edd said. I sighed and nodded. Before we left the room, I looked over at Tord for the last time before closing the door.
On our way home, nobody talked. We just walked in silence. We reached our house. When we came in, I just said goodnight and went straight to my bed.
I wasn't really tired, but I wasn't in the mood to talk with anyone. I sighed and closed my 'eyes'. I kept thinking about Tord. 'What the hell happened to him?' I thought and after a while I finally fell asleep.
*time skip*
I woke up at 7 am. I groaned and got up. When I walked into the kitchen, Edd and Matt were already there. When Edd saw me, he smiled at me and waved. "Good morning, Tom! I have great news!" He said.
"Yeah? What is it?" I asked him. "Tord woke up! We will pick him up today." He said. I smiled. "Come on, I made some breakfast." Edd said. I nodded and sat to the table with them.
"Hey guys, do you know what was wrong with Tord?" I asked. "No. But I'm kinda curious." Edd said. We then ate our breakfast in silence.
"So guys, let's go for Tord." Edd said. We nodded and we left the house making our way to the hospital. It was still pretty early and there was almost nobody outside. And then, we finally reached the hospital.
We walked in and searched for Tord's room. There was a nurse that was talking with Tord. When she noticed us, she smiled. "Hello. So oyu're finally back. Tord has been waiting for you. You can take him home now." She said and left the room. Tord looked at us.
I couldn't hold myself anymore. I just ran up to him and pulled him into a hug. Edd and Matt soon joined. "Uhh, guys?" He said.
We pulled away. "We're so glad you're okay, Tord! We were so worried!" Edd said. Me and Matt nodded in agreement. "L-let's just go home now, please." He said. He looked...upset? Why? We helped him up since he said his leg still hurt and we started walking to out house.
Tord's POV:
The guys looked so happy when they saw me. They kept asking me questions and that made me feel uncomfortable. I mean, I was happy to see them, but I was just...tired.
"Hey Tord, what happened to you? I mean, the blood and that kind of stuff. You really scared us." Tom asked me. I looked down and sighed. "It was...nothing..." I simply answered. "Tord. I know it was something." Edd said.
"Look, I-I just don't know." I said. And it was true. I didn't know what happened to me. So I just kept looking down, staying silent.
We reached our house and we came in. I sat on the couch and so did the others. They kept asking me what happened. But I really didn't know.
But you do know.
...What...no I don't.
Yes, you do.
...You're lying.
Oh, really?I begun shaking again. I remembered the dream. The harpoon gun. And the fear I was feeling... I spaced out for a while. When I snapped out of it, I was looking into Tom's 'eyes'. "T-Tom?" I said. "You spaced out, are you alright?" He asked.
He doesn't care.
...
He hates you...
That's not true...
He wants you dead...
STOP!I was panicking and shaking violently. I was seeing weird things. Some kind of black liquid was falling from the ceiling. I looked over at the guys and I was terrified of what I saw. They were all grinning at me.
Their eyes were black with red dots and they all looked...lifeless... I quickly looked away, but regretted it. I saw the silouette again. So I did all I could do. Scream. I screamed loudly.
All I could hear is some kind of ringing and everything I saw was dark. I just stood up and ran. I ran out of the house still screaming loudly. Tears were falling from my face and my leg was slowly giving up.
I ran into the forest where my friends found me. I found my safe spot and then finally stoped running. I fell to my knees, breathing heavily. I was crying and sobbing. I was never scared like this for my entire life.
It was cold. I felt dizzy and sick. My vision was blurry. I crawled into my tree and curled into a ball. I was shaking from the cold. I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself down. But nothing worked.
After a few minutes, I fell asleep, thinking about my friends and if they really do hate me.
Edd's POV:
"What...just...happened?" I asked. "I have no idea. Tord just...ran out." Tom answered. "We need to find him!" I said. Tom and Matt nodded.
We ran out of the house. "So, why do you think Tord ran out? And where would he go?" I asked them. "I don't know. But he looked really scared." Matt answered. He sonded like he was really confused.
"Hmm. Maybe he ran to the place where we found him?" Tom said. "That's actually a good idea, Tom! Come on, let's go!" I said and we started running to the forest. But the forest was quite big. It could last for a long time before actually finding him!
We searched for a long time. We were already hungry and it was kinda cold. Oh god, poor Tord. It's horrible to know that we could be even searching in the wrong place.
"Hey Edd, maybe we should go back home. Maybe he isn't really here and he just wanted to clear his head. I mean, we were asking him a lot of questions not even letting him rest. Maybe it was too much for him." Tom said.
I sighed in defeat. "Yeah, maybe you're right. Maybe he will come back. But if he won't, we will continue searching." I said. "Let's head back home." Matt said. We started making our way back.
But I was really worried about Tord. He looked so...scared. And I knew he wouldn't just ran away like that. I hope he will be okay...
