'post-pacifist ending'

Steady footsteps sounded against the white tile floor, the android stepped into the elevator. Hand steadily reaching into his pocket.

"Android RK800, floor -45" Connor spoke to the elevator A.I before pulling out a coin. The android played with the coin, gracefully rolling it on his knuckles, throwing it from one hand to the other, he had a habit of playing with his coin whenever he was in an elevator, it kept him sharp and ready for whatever he was about to face once he reached his destination.

He put it back when he reached his desired floor. The android stepped out, glancing around the huge facility.

Connor let out a sigh, androids finally had ownership over the production of androids so he was sent to check for remaining androids that could have been left out when the warehouses were being cleared out. That left only a few levels in the cyberlife tower unchecked.

He was on the research and development level, the place that he was first activated, according to his memory. His eyes scanned the huge area. Examining a few unfinished projects.

He came across a destroyed RK800, the LED on his left temple flashed yellow for a moment before turning back to blue, Connor looked into the eyes of the RK800. He Lingered there for a moment.

It was odd, Connor never thought of this before, that this destroyed, inoperative android was him. He used to think, feel in that body, he used to live in that body.

He scoffed, deciding not to dwell into that thought, for it was distracting him from his main objective. Connor analyzed the model, checking it's condition. it was intact aside from the built hole on it's forehead, it could be used for spare parts, Connor made a metal note.

Connor continued his search, examining and analyzing the many projects, gadgets and machines. He entered a section that was closed off from the other projects. Stepping inside the room, Connor gave a quick scan, the room was fairly empty except for the huge container in the middle. It appeared to contain an android. It seems that after all he didn't come for nothing, Connor scanned the markings on container.

RK900

Connor froze in his tracks, his LED flashing yellow. For the first time in his life Conner felt a pang a his chest.

He didn't expect to feel anxious, but since becoming a deviant (that was certainly unexpected to him) he really didn't know what to expect anymore.

They were going to replace him.

Connor hesitated, his LED flashing red for a second. He examined the code again, he found nothing in his database about an RK900. Could it be an unfinished model ?

Eventually curiosity got the best of him and he reached for the container, placing his palm on it. The container hissed, light shining through its edges as it opened. Connor stepped back, allowing the container to open fully.

Connor blinked a few times, ready to analyze the contents of the container. His eyes widened slightly when they where met with a pair of cold steel blue eyes.

It was a Connor model but...

The RK800 android scanned the model, His conclusion was that this was an updated version of... him.

Connor shifted on his feet, the RK900 appeared to be smarter, faster and stronger. His jaw clenched, giving the new model of him a challenging look even though it was not activated.
