Getting reads is hard, and it will take time. A couple of hours after your story has been out in Wattpad is not going to have loads and loads of reads. Even though, there is people who get millions and millions of reads, there book had probably been on Wattpad for a while or they are just very popular.
The key to reads is obviously (mainly) what you write about, the title the description and the cover.
Ask other wattpad members to read your work
