Lips

Firstly you have to describe the lips. Are they soft and warm? Are they sliding and gliding over each other smoothly or chapped and rough. If the kiss is forced and sudden use the second one. But if the kiss is between two passionate lovers or anything in between use the first. If their is a lipstick in there describe the flavor.

Tongues

Tongues are always wet, and always warm. They can trace over lips teeth, or another tongue. They can smooth, and graceful, or teasing and flicking.

Eyes

Eyes can be half wide, open in suprise half open with desire or fully closed with pleasure. You can hold sedation emotions in your eyes, but it all depends what your personality of the character or characters it.

Faces

Are what the lips are attached to. Noses bump, cheeks flush, ears turn red, foreheads either wrinkle, or relax. Kisses can leave lips, quite easily and become kisses on chins, cheeks, noses, foreheads, ears, necks, throats. Kisses on noses or foreheads, are cute and adorable. Kisses on cheeks are sweet, kisses on chins, ears and throats are a bit more. :)

Hands

The hands should not be dangling awkwardly. Are they pulling you near, pushing them away, tangled in his/ her hair or cupping their face.

Bodies; can be so close or not

Heartbeat; rapidly, slow, they can be different things

Breathe; fast steady slow out of breath?

Voices; groans, whimper, gasp, moan, whine

Most import thing in a kiss is emotion

There has to be or the kiss is dull and boring and sucky
