CH 14: Can you save me?

Ray's POV:
What's going on with Henry? What did Max do to him? Why did his eyes flash red? Did Max's plan really work? Is Henry slowly becoming...evil? Argh! I was angry. I was still holding passed out Henry in my arms. I didn't know what to do. ,,Are you really turning evil?!" I asked Henry with tears in my eyes. Of course, he didn't answer. I hugged him. I didn't know what else to do. ,,No..." I heard Henry speak. He punched me in the gut... HARD. I fell on my knees from the pain, even if it doesn't last long it still hurts. The bigger the punch, the longer it takes to go away. I closed  my eyes and put my hands on the place where he punched me. He came closer to me. ,,I already am." He whispered into my ear then he smirked evilly at me and walked away. It's over. Henry...is gone. The pain finally stopped, but new pain came to replace it. The pain of knowing that my best friend and sidekick isn't the same. That pain is even bigger and stronger than his punch. That pain will go away when the real Henry, the hero I know and love, comes back. I can't give up. I can do this... No. I HAVE to do this. I have to get my friend back!
