Choi Soo Ji's POV

I went to visit Woojin with Ji Hun.

"Soo Ji. Did you really have to do that?" Ji Hun sighed as he continued driving towards the hospital.

I kept quiet. I don't want to keep this conversation going on so I decided to leave the car and go to the hospital myself.

"Stop the car," I said.

Ji Hun seemed to read my mind already so he didn't stop the car.

"I SAID STOP THE CAR!" I yelled to him.

"No. This is your matter Soo Ji," Ji Hun said.

"If it's my matter then why are you joining this matter?!"

"Because I am your best friend!"

"It's none of your business," I said before the whole ride went silent.

Ji Hun's POV

If only heart can speak, you'll know the truth Soo Ji...

I've fallen in love with you...

But why you chose Woojin?

Why him?

Woojin's POV

I decided to draw on my notebook. I flipped through the pages I've drawn. They were mostly Ji Yeon. My head started to hurt again as I remembered what happened last night with Ji Yeon. She yelled at me be-Jinyoung!

Bae Jinyoung

I hate you....

Thanks...a lot..

I kept on staring at the drawing of Ji Yeon I made when we were at the villa.

"We're here!" I heard Soo Ji said and I directly closed the book.

I was still mad at Soo Ji for telling Ji Yeon. Soo Ji, you think you know everything? Don't you know that I don't like you anymore?

I ignored Soo Ji and greeted Ji Hun.

"Hey bro," I said.

"Hey Woojin," Ji Hun replied.

"Feeling better?" He asked.

"Yeah," I mumbled.

"I called Ji-" Soo Ji spoke but I cut her off.

"What's the point," I chuckled and gave her a death glare with a smirk.

Everyone went silent and I wasn't in the mood to meet Soo Ji. So I came up with a plan to make Ji Hun and Soo Ji leave.

"Okay! Visiting time is over guys! I want to get some rest!" I said while clapping my hands and made my hand gesture towards the door.

Soo Ji directly stood up and left the ward while Ji Hun stayed for a while.

"She's moody. You're still mad aren't you?" He asked me.

"Yeah," I said.

"I'm going to go too. Have a good rest," Ji Hun said as he stood up and left my ward.

I sighed and rested my back on the hospital bed. I turned myself to face the right, facing the window, closing my eyes.

Ji Yeon's POV

"JI YEOOONN!" I heard Hyerin yelled.

"Ah! What?!" I asked in annoyance.

"My professor is really charming!" She said as her eyes sparkle.

"How many crushes do you have now? Oh my, Hyerin you need to stop!" I said.

"Nah. See ya later Ji Yeon! I need to accompany my mom!" Hyerin said as she skipped her way to the bus stop.

I chuckled at her attitude. She is a 6-year-old girl trapped in a 20-year-old body.

Something came up to my mind. Woojin still haven't texted me yet. I guess he's mad at me. I should have not shouted at him last night.

I decided to check my phone and search for 'recent calls' section. I found the number that the nurse called me.

"Hello?" The nurse said.

"Ah, I just wanted to know who was the patient's name earlier?"

"Park Woojin," the nurse replied.

"M-may I know which hospital, floor, and room number p-please?" I stuttered. Woojin is in the hospital? It's because of me isn't it? You're such an idiot Ji Yeon!

"Sure! He's in Seoul National University Hospital, room 6, number 101," the nurse said and I thanked her before hanging up the call.

I directly ran towards the nearest taxi I can find. Luckily I found one. I told the taxi driver to drive me to the hospital as fast as he can.

A few minutes later, I arrived at the hospital and went to Woojin's ward silently. He's sleeping peacefully in the hospital bed.

I sat on the chair, next to his bed. I sighed as I placed my hands on top of his. I sighed and looked at his hands.

"Sorry for yelling at you, yesterday," I said.

"Sorry for lying this morning," a tear escaped my eye.

"Sorry for what I've said last night," another tear escaped my eye.

"I'm sorry for everything," I said as I started to sob.

Woojin's POV

A tear escaped my eye.

I'm sorry too, Ji Yeon.

My hand twitched a little which caught Ji Yeon off guard.

"I'm sorry," she said as she stood up and wiped her tears.

"I'm going to go first," she said as she made a bow and was about to leave but I managed to catch her hand.

"Stay, please," I said through my hoarse voice.

"O-okay," she said.

"I heard everything," I said as I held her hand.

"You-what?!" Her eyes went wide.

"Calm down, Ji Yeon. I'm sorry too. It wasn't your fault that you yelled at me," I said.

"I'm a bad person after all. Am I?" I asked her.

What's the point anyways for me to get close with her again? She knows my dark past. How will she trust me?

"No, you're not a bad person," she shook her head.

"Prove it to me," I said.

"You always showed that you cared for me. Through sleepless nights you had, you kept on talking to me even though I was sleeping. I knew it because I would always wake up in the middle of the night, unconscious. But I still manage to understand what you were saying, before I slept again," she said which made my eyes grew wide now.

"I-i,"

"It's okay Woojin. I understand," she said.

"What have I ever done to have such a nice angel?" I chuckled.

"Bumping into me with your car," she replied with a poker face.

"Eh, sorry about that," I said.

"It's okay, it just make me more traumatised of the past," she said.

"What happened?"

"Hit and run accident. I was the victim," she said. How I wish I could hug her right now.

I'm sorry for not being able to protect you...
