Yunhee's POV

" Help me hold this for a moment please. " He said and I nodded as I stood behind him with a box. He climbed up to restock the goods.

He jumped off the ladder, " What do you think you are ? Spider-man ? " He smiled slightly as he flipped his hair.

" I think i'm better than Spider-man. " My eyes widened as I looked at him in shock.

Did he just say he's better than spider-man ?

Better than Tom Holland ?

What lies.

" Let's get out there before people starts entering. " I nodded as we walked out to the counter. There was no one there. Thank god.

He threw me a bottled water, " If you're going to work, you better stay fit. " He said and I thanked him with a slight smile.

" Anyways, why is Jaeha treating so you bad ? " I crossed my arms as I looked over at him with the are you serious face.

He looked around, " Why ? "

" Because I would always win her in studies and if I wasn't there, she would be the first. " I said and he nodded.

" Dude, you acted as if you didn't treat me badly in any way. " He looked at me shocked, acting like he himself treat me really well.

He shook his head, " I treat you really well! " He exclaimed but nope.

I scoffed, " Because of you I got in trouble with Jaeha, you told her I studied for the test. " He covered his mouth.

" Okay maybe just that. " He said as he scratched his head as he looked in front again.

Awkward silence.

Bird flying past us.

Just then, the door opened. " Jisung! " I looked up to see a blonde kid who looks Korean but is blonde. He looks really small but his hands are huge.

I saw Jisung glancing at me, " Aren't you from our school ? " I nodded and we bowed to each other.

" I didn't know Jisung can be polite. " He scoffed and I tried to hold in my laughter but as you know me, I kind of failed.

Jisung laughed awkwardly, " Don't listen to Renjun, he loves to joke around. " Renjun looked over at me with the nah gaze.

" So how's work so far ? I heard you just joined not long ago. " I nodded and raised a thumbs up to show that it's good.

" That's good, I guess i'm going to keep coming here everyday then. "

Jisung's POV

" That's good, I guess i'm going to keep coming here everyday then. " I said and realised that I said that out, I covered my mouth as I stared at them in shock.

I tried to brush off the awkwardness by laughing loudly, " I mean, to see Renjun of course ! " But Renjun doesn't buy that.

I cleared my throat, " What time do you guys end work ? " I saw Yunhee fidgeting to find her watch and I let out a slight chuckle, causing the both of them to look at me.

" Jisung pwark, get out. " Renjun said as he points at the door and Yunhee let out a loud and long laugh which made me smile slightly.

She've been suffering too much, too much for a human to take. I kept stealing glances of her, it's been long since I last became this close to her.

" I'm going to go to the washroom first, Jisung can you stay here first ? " I nodded and she smiled as she went to the washroom.

When I see that she's gone, I quickly took out a post-it and write some encouraging words on it and placed it inside her bag.

I looked around to make sure no one sees me.

At that moment, Renjun came in with a smirk as he walked towards me. I looked around to see no one, he leaned in closer to me.

" I saw what you did there. " He whispered into my ear and my eyes widened. I looked at him in shock, how did Renjun found out.

He chuckled, " Are you dumb ? there's a cctv here and you're acting like it's no- "

I covered his mouth when I saw Yunhee walking out, " Remove your filthy hand now or Moomin shall fight you ! " Renjun said as he glared at me and I released my hand.

Yunhee smiled, " When will you guys stop fighting with each other ? "

Renjun placed his arm around my shoulders, " This isn't a fight, it's called love. " I looked over at him and he just smiled.

Speaking about love, i've always been really grateful towards Renjun. Since i'm just a small awkward chick that needs someone to adopt me, he decides to do a good deed and adopted me.

Without Renjun, I'll probably not have the courage to do such a courageous thing like sending encouraging messages to Yunhee.

Renjun came to Korea by himself because he wants to so he basically is a really independent person. He relies on himself for everything.

But trust me, he might seemed so smiley but on the inside, he misses home every second of his life here in Korea and wants to go home but he needs to stay here.

So as an awkward little chick, I shall be there to help him when he needs a shoulder and a listening ear. That's the least I can do since he helped me so much.

" Earth to Yellow chick ? " Renjun waves his hand in front of me and I looked at him in shock.

" Why do you always look so shocked ? others might think I've abused you or some sort. " He said and Yunhee just looked at me silently.

" What ? " I asked since I wasn't listening the whole time and he shook his head in disappointment.

" I can't believe you, Jisung Pwark. " He said and Yunhee let out a chuckle. I on the other hand was awkwardly laughing.

He placed his hand on my shoulder, " It's okay, at least I know you're growing emotionally. " He winked at me. He's obviously trying to talk about me placing those encouraging letter inside Yunhee's bag.

Renjun cleared his throat, " Yunhee-ah, what do you think of Jisung ? " My eyes widened as I looked at Yunhee, waiting for her answer.

" Why is everyone so quiet ? "
