Samaira squealed in excitement and hugged Abhay the moment she entered his apartment. The news of her fiancé's latest achievement was all over the media. She was meeting him after such a long time.

It was Sunday morning, and the first thing Abhay did after returning from London was call her to come over.

In no time, she was at his Mumbai apartment, just an hour's drive from her college.

"Finally, you're here!" he smiled, hugging her back.

She moved inside his spacious apartment, its peaceful aura always soothing her heart.

"So, CEO of the Year! London treated you well?" She chuckled, kicking off her shoes and lounging on the couch

"So, CEO of the Year! London treated you well?" She chuckled, kicking off her shoes and lounging on the couch. She had been comfortable around him since the day they met; it was never formal.

He smiled, seeing her after so long. Though it was hard for him to find time for her given his demanding career, she understood him and his work.

"Yeah, it was great, but way too hectic," he groaned, throwing his head back on the couch.

She ruffled his hair and stood up to check his suitcase.

"What? I didn't buy anything this time! Sam, I didn't get time," he stood up, knowing she was about to check his suitcase for her gift.

Every time Abhay went on a trip, he had a habit of bringing her a gift, no matter how small.

She chuckled and looked back at him.

"Oh, shut up, Abhi! I know you can't break this custom!"

And there it was, her gift.

She looked at the gift and gave him a warm smile; he loved making her happy.
