live love and lose

When I was a little gilr my parents said I was lucky to survive the car crash.They were yelling louder then the music my dad swerved off the bridge and into the riv.er. Me and my brother were in the back crying because our seatbelts were stuck. I slipped out of mine as soon as the water was at my neck. I tried to get my brother out but the water jammed the seatbelt. I searched for a knife or scissors to cut him loose. But when I finally found them Nick had already drowned. Its been 12 years since the car accident. I was only 6 years old and he was 10 when it happened. Ever since then I kept a journal to write down my feelings and thoughts. When I met my best friend she made the beat to the lyrics. I am now only 18 and I have won 5 first place trophies and 5 national first place trophies. I go to stonington heights I get straight a's all the time my brother inspires me to do the best for the both of us. My friend sky comes up to me and asks "hey do yu want to make a youtube video?" I enthusiastically yelled "YES!" As the bus bell went off me and sky wen to my 1972 cherry red corvette to go home. As soon as we walked into my house it smelt like booze and smoke. I yelled "mom dad I am home, sky is here we are going to her house in 10 minutes. I'm also sleeping over!" they were drunk and attempted at their best to say goodbye. i got all of my lyrics and homework and clothes for tomorrow. we walked out the door and back into my corvet. we drovefor 15 minutes to get to sky's house. we walked in and it smelled like cinnoman and apples. weset our stuff down in her room and went into her dad's recording studio and put on the band and the camera. i startedto sing. i didnt end til 4 minutes later. she turned everything off and put it on facebook and youtube. the veiws slowly and surely went up. then all the comments piled up on facebook and youtube. i was in shock at all the veiws and all the likes. her father mr.channington walked in and said he wanted in and said he wanted tomake an album. i was so suprised i just stood there like a deer in the headlights. he told me that he cant produce me because he is producing someone else. on my album there were 15 songs and 2 bonus song. he gave me the cd and i put my name on it. her momcalled us into the kitchen to help set the table and get dinner ready. we had tuna helper with peas it was fantastic. we washed up and get into our pajama's. i was wearing short shorts and a tight tank top. her brother eben sared at me the whole time mesky and eben are in the same grades and classes we have been since kindergarden. eben is 6 ft and 165 pounds. he is HOT. i have always liked him but i never told anyone. eben walked in and said that they had dessert. sky was asleep so i went with eben to make a sundae. it was just me and him. he had ice cream and topping out. me and him made a huge whip cream mess. their parents SO mad at me and him. we stayed up until 1 cleaning the huge mess. we touched hands and he quikley pulled away blushing. then he leaned in and kissed me im not sure if it was just me or did we both feel a spark. i was truly in love. that night i dreamnt of him. the next day i wore a fluffy floral shirt that was translucent i wore a tank top underneath. i also wore short shorts. i walked in and again noticed eben staring at me.we didnt mention last night. my gravity smart 3g vibrated and i got a text from eben it said:

"hey maybe we can catch a movie and dinner tonight?or if u want a coffee this morning?"

i replied:

"yeah that would be great! <3"

we exchangeed looks and smiled. we ate thenwe left to go to school sky took the bus. i drove there, on campus i went to the starbucks stand where me and eben met up. he kissed me on the cheek and he walked me to class. me and him ordered the same coffee a large french vanilla decaff with 3 sugars. than in homeroom me and eben were partners. there was an akward moment between us. we finished the lab and left i had to go home to make sure my parents hadn't burned the house down. as soon as i got in my car to go to sky's house i didn't stop texting eben. then when i wasn't looking a car hit me and and i got pretty fatal car reck. i heard the emergancy care sirens near. i couldnt move i was too badly injured. i was cut out of my seat belt and strapped onto a gurney. i was brought to mercy hospital in room 202. my leg was up and i couldn't breathe out of my nose. i could barely open my eyes. i looked around trying to make out figures thinking i saw my parents looking downn at me. my mom was crying her eyes out. sky and her family were there too. when i woke up everyone was wondering the same thing was i okay. i muttered "yeah". they all came up to me and hogged me. eben gave me a little kiss on my cheek without anyone seeing. the nurse came in and gave me a shot so i can see out of my eyes again. she sat me up and told them the doctor will be in int 10 minutes. ten minutes passed the doctor rushed through the door his name was doctor blue. he said "she will need crutches and she cant drive until she is all healed up". "and she cant do anything extreme". i replied "okay i wont but how bad is my car banged up?hows the other person?" he didnt answer me and just looked down at the ground. he left after a few minutes of silence. we were just staring at each other. my mom finally said"so how did this happen?" i looked at eben and back at my mom. i mumbled "i was texting when i got hit". the light was red i swear! she shook her head in dissapointment then left the room. my dad started to yell at me. "when you get released im taking your phone away for 3 months!" i was dissapointed in myself but i knew it wasn't my fault the light was red im dead serious! the doctor came in and said "you can leave tomorrow". we all nodded our heads and he left. it was very akward in the room so when everyone left eben and sky stayed behind. i took my phone out of my purse and texted eben to ask if i can tell sky? he answered saying "noooooooo please dont i dont want her to make it akward between us please we can maybe if she starts to get to suspesious ok?" i replied back "fine :| ". sky kept rambling on and on about how the other person's insurance and how they better pay for the damage and stuff like that. after 2 hours of that she finally decided to go get food at the cafeteria in the hospital. eben stayed behind and we talked about it. so after 30 minutes passed he walked over to me and gave me a quick kiss. as soon as our lips touched sky walked in she dropped all of the food. her mouth was open wider than a sharks! we stopped kissing and we started to studder. i finally got the words to come out smoothly i quickly said "me and eben are dating". they stood there in shock at what i just said. sky managed to get words out "since when?" me and eben both said at the same time "last night". we both grinned. the nurse came inand told them visiting hours are over. as soon as they left she asked "honey would you like some icecream?" i replied "yes thank you". she left and came back with 2 gallons of neopolotan icecream she brought 2 spoons one for me and one for her. me and her talked all night about my situationwith sky,eben,and myself. she said "you did the right thing don't worry!" as soon as she said it her beeper went off.
