There were two groups of Fairies who posessed great gifts very different from the ones that followed in Arcadia's Line. There were the Etherial Fairies who had the ability to grant higher energy and power to those who were fighting against horrific dark powers, but the Ancient Fairies had the ability to travel anywhere they wished and helped in their own time when there was a need.
The First Ancient Fairy lived on Earth in the Forest of Flowers when humans as in farmers once did live. It from here that she comes.
Her five secret sisters come from Lynphea, Melody, Solaria & Domino. All of these Fairies in my Ancient Fairies series will meet or at least aid the Winx at one point or another in other fanfictions.
During the reign of the Black Wizards these fairies were under the protection of Tinkerbell in the World of Dreams.
