Chapter 26:Stepping Out of the Shadows

Selina got stronger slowly soon she was able to make flowers sprout. Restoring life was essential for all fairies as it was their job to renew what darkness and evil broke and destroyed. So having control over small fair winds, a signal ray of light and a little bit of rain 🌧 was important for Selina. As Selina's skills in fairy magic grew her regular afternoons in the park grew much more pleasant. She spent time with her handicapped foster father and was quite protective of him when Mitsy and her gang got too close for comfort."

Selina still searched the ground where the fire 🔥 had sprung up behind the treehouse. She was trying to find the cause.
"Hey, Selina," greeted Mitsy. "Where's Ms. Peters?"
"No clue," said Selina. "Are you going to ask for ice cream or not or are you just gonna bug 🐜 me because you can't do it to Bloom at the moment?"
"Actually I came to drop this off," said Mitsy. "It would be fun if you could come."
Knowing Mitsy funny always meant something mad 😡 or mean.
"Thanks for the invitation Mitsy but I have always considered Halloween so overrated beside I already volunteered at helping decorate the Candance Pizzareia for Halloween 🎃 I don't think I'll be coming."
"But here's a free scoop of chocolate ice cream 🍦 for you it's free." said Selina. Mitsy took the cone. Selina chuckled when she was gone.
It was bittersweet chocolate from Germany.

Hey what? What's wrong with a little magic prank? I changed the flavors in mind. A fairy is allowed to break some rules right?

I went home. I had earned alot to help my foster family but doing quite a few extra jobs on the side. Sucg as selling ice cream 🍨 which was the one place Mitsy stopped paying attention to me finally. Oh I still do have that invitation from her. but I am not interested in a halloween party. This is exam week in Gardenia High how do people party away when you have tests to study for?
I took the invitation and painted over it a don't go/don't enter sign. #QueenofTroubleresideshere

Oh I have not seen that crow in days thank goodness my mother would freak if she knew a bird got into the kitchen of the Pizzareia. Much less a crow she is anti-scavenger birds but I like them. I think they are quite funky looking and very smart in ways we just don't know how to understand-
