"How are we planning to do it then?" Liam's eyebrows draw together as he holds a hand out for August so they could stand up together.

"I have no clue." August winces as she clutches her stomach in discomfort causing Liam to jump into action.

"Uh, sorry. What can I do?" He apologises frantically, glaring down at her shrunken frame.
"I'm fine don't worry, Liam." She chuckles dryly.

The door busts open once again as the doctor that brought August and Liam into the room enters once more. "Follow!" He screams making them both jump in fright.

Liam walks over in his direction, August slowly following after and the doctor behind her.

They walk past the laboratory, other doctors of all sorts were gathered around tables.

"Move it!" He shoves August's back forward as she was trying to comfort her aching stomach.
"Do you mind?" She grimaces through gritted teeth as she is thrusted forward again.

"Don't talk back, bitch." He huffs at her comment making August turn her head in disgust.
"What is wrong with you people? Where is your humanity!" She roars back. The doctors eyes set alight as he raises his hand and strikes her face.

August stumbles back, grasping onto her cheek. Fear, disgust and rage took over her. She grabs ahold of Liam's wrist and dashes away from the doctor.

Sprinting through the lab, Liam pulls his hand out of her grip as August runs away without him. In the corner of her eye she sees two doctors dragging him into the room she arrived in, Devin was also sprinting after her. She spots a pair of double doors that read 'exit'. Angling her feet in it's direction, she almost makes it when a pair of arms wrap themselves around the back of her torso while lifting her up into the air.

"Get off of me!" She screams, clawing at his arms and kicking her legs like a child having a tantrum.
"Stop." He demands while tightening his grip around her causing her to gasp in loss of air.

He makes his way over to the room Liam was now in, August still kicking and hitting.

Throwing her onto the metal floor, she scrambles away from him. "Who would have thought you had more balls then him." He chuckles, indicating Liam. He grabs ahold of her ankles and drags her towards him. She carries on kicking and yelping in terror.

"Stop!" She screams once again as a pinching sensation erupts in her leg, she had been injected with the same serum as the last time an syringe connected with her skin. The only thing she sees is Liam running towards her and Devin slamming the door shut as he leaves.

"August? You awake?" Liam pokes her arm making her jolt upwards.
"What happened to me?" She rubs her eyes and stands, Liam following.
"That was a stupid idea, August." He frowns, crossing his arms across his chest.

"He slapped me! What would you have done?" She lours at him, her tone escalating.
"Well, first off, I wouldn't get slapped because I follow the rules and also I don't cry at the simplest of things." He chuckles. August takes a step towards him and shoves him back.

"Sorry but I'm not going to surrender and give myself over to them like you. Plus I was already in pain, he didn't make it any better by pushing me." Groaning at him, she turns to the door and slams herself into it, attempting to break it open.

"It's metal, you're only hurting yourself more. Just relax, you've been through a lot today." He sighs walking over to her in attempt of placing a hand on her shoulder. Before he could come in contact with her, she swats his hand away and glares at him.

"If I don't get out now I'm going to have a lot more days like this. I'm. Not. Staying." She declares firmly, slamming herself into the door once again. Grabbing onto her good arm, Liam pulls her away.

"We will get out. You need sleep first." He announces, moving his hand down to her wrist and pulling her to the floor.
"Do you really expect me to sleep in this freezing, damp room on this hard, metal floor? I'm wearing shorts for Christ sake." She frowns at him while sitting on the floor.

"You could cuddle with me." He shrugs staring back at her.
"How desperate can you get? We literally just met." He grimaces at the thought.

"Not romantically or anything, just to keep each other warm." He laughs short, as if it was obvious.
"Yeah, no. I don't mind freezing to death." She mocks his laugh while laying down on the ice floor and closing her eyes.

Her mind wonders around how she'll make her escape but then eventually fell into a dark abyss called sleep.

"Wake up!" Demands one of the doctors who had entered their room.
Liam shuffles away from behind august while removing his hand over her waist. August gets up and stares at Liam with a scowl.

"Here are today's clothes." He throws clothes onto the floor for them to get dressed into then leaves.

"Why was your hand on me?" August turns to him with angled eyebrows.
"Calm down, it's not a big deal, I was just cold." He bends down to collect a pair of joggers and tops. Handing August hers, she frowns once again.

"Turn around." She glares at him, he sighs in response and turns around so She could change. They swapped over once she had finished.
"You want some water?" He questions, knowing she's probably thirsty.
"Yeah thanks." She answers as he hands her over a water bottle.

The doctor barges back in and signals them to follow, they follow his command.

They were brought to the same room as yesterday when they met up with Dr. Anderson. Devin was inside instead, waiting for their arrival.

"August!" He exclaims in joy, making Her roll her eyes. "So, about yesterday, you're going to get punished." He grins while taking a step towards Her and shoving her back into the wall.
