Devin pins her up against the wall by her shoulders, closing any gaps there were between them in the process. "You really need to learn how to behave. You will always be caught." He grins while placing his knee in between her legs, preventing her of any escape.
"Go to hell." She mutters, attempting to push him off. He ticks off like a bomb.
He pulls her towards him then slams her back back against the wall, her head coming in contact with the wall in a loud bang.
"You really don't learn." He grunts through gritted teeth. Repeating his actions of slamming her into the brick wall, her head constantly hitting back onto it.
"Devin, that's enough." Dr. Anderson walks in, causing Devin to pause.
"This little bitch has gotten on my last nerve." He huffs, slamming her hard into the wall once more then dropping her to the floor. He stomps past his dad in the door frame allowing him to make his entrance.
August brings her knees to her chest, her aching head resting upon the wall. "Up you get." He coos, holding out his hands for her to take ahold of.
"Why am I here?" She spoke, eyes tightly shut as the pain in her head seeps into her words.
"Oh yes, I haven't told you yet." He guides her to a chair, Liam taking the other one. "When you 2 were in the womb, We injected your two mothers with the serum 'SM1' and 'SM2' which connected you together. SM1 contains XY chromosomes creating a male child, SM2 contained XX chromosomes creating a female. All damage to the male will only transfer to the female. I wouldn't call you 'related' because your parents were completely different people but you are 1 in the same. Our goal is to create immortality for men, woman will become our shields. We still need to figure out it's flaws before we send out our serums to the government. That is why you are here." A sinister smirk creeps onto his face as he goes on, August's eyebrows drawing together.
"That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What are you sexist?" She frowns. Dr. Anderson laughs hysterically, "that's all you got from that? We'll inject every pregnant woman with our serum, men will dominate the world once again."
"The Government can't have agreed to this. How did you even get to my mother?" She whales, not believing the words coming out of his mouth.
"Your mother was injected while she was pregnant with you in secrecy. When you were both born you were given to different parents and your original ones were murdered. Took us a while to find you, but you actually came to us." He short laughs causing August to scowl. He parents who committed suicide weren't even hers.
Kicking him in the groin, she jumps up from her place on the chair. Grabbing the closets thing, a chair, and whacks him in the back then aims for the door. Liam stomps on his back, assuring that he won't be able to get up again. They manage to open the door since Dr. Anderson hadn't locked it.
"Hey, slowly this time, maybe they won't spot us if we sneak our way out." Liam whispers, August nods in agreement.
The doctors were so engulfed in their work, they hadn't noticed them walk out of the room. They walk down a hallway in the search for the double doors.
"If me slamming your head into the wall doesn't knock some sense into you I don't know what will." Devin emerges from behind them.
"Liam, run!" August yells as she sprints off, Liam following after her.
He manages to take over her lead. Grabbing her hand, they bolt for the door together, steps in sync.
Devin manages to tackle Liam to the floor. Letting go of her hand, he allows her to run without him. She doesn't think twice and leaves him pinned to the floor as she manages to pass through the exit door. As soon as she had, a wave of pain explodes from her chest causing her to drop to the floor
Two doctors emerge from the exit doors and take ahold of both her upper arms, hollering her back through the doors. A range of colourful curses leave her mouth, knowing that it would lead to consequences.
"If you don't let me go, I will rip your trouts out!" She screams, refusing to move. Devin comes into view, picking her up and heaving her over his shoulder.
"I'd love to see you try, princess." He smirks as August pounds her fists into his back, causing no damage.
Traveling over to his prisoners jail, Devin hears grunts coming from his dads work room. "Dad? Dad! What happened? Who did this?" He gasps, August still hanging in the air over his shoulder.
"August, Liam." Dr. Anderson breaths, squirming around on the floor in pain. Without a second passing, Devin slams August down to the floor by her feet causing her to huff out a large breath as the wind gets knocked out of her lungs.
He climbs on top of her, straddling her legs so she couldn't move them. Letting his hands curl around her windpipe, he immediately caused her to gag. "Devin that's enough of that. It's a natural reaction to kidnap." He chuckles, as if something was funny.
"You've let her off way to many times, dad. She back chatted me, tried escaping, twice! And broke your back. Why don't we just end it all while we have the chance." He grins, staring back down at his hands clasped around her throat. She had turned pale from the air loss.
"Devin, released her now." Dr. Anderson repeats, laying a hand on his back as he attempts to stand.
loosening his grip, August inhales an enormous amount of oxygen through her mouth from the sudden chance Devin granted her. Her chest rose and collapsed on loop, vexation creeps onto her face as she stares back at Devin's devilish grin.
"I'll make your life a living hell, baby girl." He whispers down into her ear.
"I'm already in it." She whispered back into his.
Devin rises her up by her collar. Slamming her back into the floor, August's vision infests with black specks as she falls into the dark abyss of unconsciousness.
