You were hanging out with mtt until you felt like you could not breath so you had a big coughing fit "darling are you ok?" your mom ( Mtt put up with it) asked but your reply was collapsing onto the floor and start to cough up blood and buttercup petals "omg ALPHYS GET HERE NOW!!!!
" H-Huh? W-what's going o-" mom interrupted Alphys in panic and shock
"JUST GET OVER HERE NOW!!!!!!" Mom shouted as Alphys ran in and covered her mouth in shock at your state " carry her/him to my lab table quick! And I will see what is wrong" Alphys said, mom nodded and carried you bridal style to Alphys lab room.

Alphys got to her computer and searched up on undertube on why you were coughing up petals "I-it's something c-call the hanahki" Alphys said
"Hanah.....ki?" Your mom questioned
" Y-yes it's w-where someone coughs u-up petals because f-flowers till there l-ungs because of t-there lover or crush not loving you back o-or not showing that they l-love you....... I'm s-sorry (Y/N) but it c-can kill you... " Alphys explained with a sad look, your eyes opened wide in shock while mom had a angry look.
"I'M GONNA KILL THAT SKELETON!!!!!!!!!" Mom shouted ( boi you better run 0.0)
A couple of days later
You woke up next to sans cause you felt could not breath again so you rushed to the bathroom without waking anyone up a coughed up a bunch of blood and petals, it was getting worse and you were going to die soon. Alphys is working her butt of finding a cure for it. After your coughing fit, you went to get breakfast until you got a call from Alphys "hello?" You said
" (Y/N) COME QUICK I-I F-FOUND A CURE " Alphys shouted before she hung up the phone. You quickly got your jacket/coat/sweater and rushed to Alphys lab. Once you got there your mom quickly hugged you "WE FOUND A CURE YOUR NOT GONNA DIE!!!!" Mom shouted with happy tears in her eyes, she pulled you to Alphys and sat you and her on two chairs "ok I managed to find a c-cure b-but....... It's either sans a-actually showing he loves you o-or doing a s-surgery that m-makes you not feel e-emotion so it either l-let me tell s-sans about your condition or d-do the surgery" Alphys explained, it was a hard choice for you, if you choice the surgery than sans will die from the soul mate thing since you can't feel love anymore or tell sans about it and find out of he actually loves you or if it is just a act.
"I........ I....... You have my permission to tell sans" you decided, Alphys nodded and got her phone out to text sans to say that you have the hanahki "aaaaannnnnd sent" Alphys said as she tapped on her phone one last time before putting it in her lab coat pocket to send the message to sans. A few seconds later sans teleported in and quickly kissed you lovingly, it caught you by surprise and before you could kiss back he let go and hugged you with tears in his eyes "I..... I am so sorry..... This is all my fault" he cried .
Alphys and your mom left leaving you and sans alone (THIS IS NOT A LEMON), he kissed you again and this time you kissed back, this was the first time in forever that he has kissed you. You felt like you could breath properly again and the flowers in your lungs started to go away, you were finally cured (666 word) thanks to your sansy
