suicide

The higher I get,
The lower I sink.
I can't drown my demons,
They know how to swim.

Trying to be yourself,
Hated for being like that.
Now screaming for help,
It's taken the whole breath.

You know this darkest place
With demons all around.
They're creating sad lace,
Where light cannot be found
And your happiness is drowned.

Demons living in your head,
Controlling the mind.
Main food are thoughts of death,
Don't let this contract signed.

What's the bravest thing?
Continuing at this state?
Will it bring something?
Will it change the fate?

If you weren't there next day
Would anybody care?
You're the demon's slave,
Everything is so bare.

You're slowly giving up,
Have lost all the hope.
Poisoning the cup,
Preparing the rope.
