Love is a peculiar thing.
It's mistaken as something that could be purely physical, purely through how much goods you get from your significant other, or just sexual fantasies.
For Kun, love was something purely based on emotion.
The feeling he gets waking up to his lover on a cold morning, watching as they cuddle closer to him for warmth and his heart skip a beat when their eyes flutter open, whispering a soft 'good morning' to him.
It's the fear he gets whenever they get close to hurting themselves by accident, whether it's almost getting hit by a door, or simply the slip of a knife when cooking.
It's the feeling of pure adoration he sees in their eyes when they watch him on stage, performing with friends. The cheers he hears from them as he does his own part.
It's also the feeling of sadness when his significant other is putting themselves down, even when it's unintentional on their part.
To Kun, love is the pure feeling he gets in his chest when his lover smiles. The pure adoration he has whenever he sees them at any time of day, the fear, the sadness, everything that a human makes up, flaws and everything.
That's what love is.
Not something that's purely physical, or materialistic.
It's feeling, it's small gestures, it's everything.
From the tears that are shed through tough days.
To the small ' I love you's' after a long day.
That's love.
