Chapter 8

Chapter 8: She came

"Nasaan na ba kayo?" [Where are you guys?] Kathryn asked Daniel on her phone. Today, the gang decided to hang out on a private dinner but the truth is.. Daniel has a surprise date to Kathryn.

"Nandito na kami sa mismong rooftop ng restaurant.. punta ka na dito!" [We're here at the rooftop of the restaurant.. come here already!] Daniel said on the phone. Kathryn exhaled heavily and ended the phone.

She starts walking as soon as she reached the elevator. The elevator opened, Zharm is inside giving her a glare. She is stunned. She hesitated to go inside but her feet didn't stopped walking inside and as the elevator close, she knew she didn't like the aura inside.

"You are the new girlfriend right?" Zharm started as she crossed her hands on her chest. Kath shook her head feeling the nervousness on her hands. She doesn't like fight and she doesn't like fighting Zharm. She was her sister before even she knew her manipulative and controlling attitude, she still accepted her.. before.

"Hah! I knew it! You have stinky attitude inside." she said and smirked, Kathryn can feel the pain inside of her. She kept quiet. 'Nothing will change her mind.' she thought.

"You stole Daniel from me. You whore!" Zharm shouted and Kathryn feel the stung pain in her head as Zharm grabbed and pulled her hair.

The elevator opened.

"Hala si Kathryn Bernardo yun diba?" [Is that Kathryn Bernardo?]

"Ibalik mo sakin si Daniel!" [Give me back Daniel!] Zharm shouted as she tried to walked out from the elevator as the people capturing the fight.

"Zharm! Kath!" Daniel showed and pulled Kathryn away from Zharm. Kathryn bowed her head as her tears falling down on her cheeks. 'I'm weak.' she thought.

"Pagbabayaran niyo to!" [You both will pay for this!] Zharm shouted to them and walked out from elevator. No one walk inside.

"Are you okay? What did she do to you?" Daniel asked her and cupped her face as his eyes full of concerns. 'She cry and I'm hurt.' he thought.

"This is exactly what I don't want to happen, DJ." she sobbed.

"I'm sorry for having a feelings for you."
she whispered and walked out as soon as the elevator reached the ground floor.

"Damn it!" Daniel shouted and texted the Parking 5.

daniel: Mga tol! Kailangan ko kayo! [Bro! I need your help!]

Kathryn's twitter is now on a peaceful place as soon as Daniel spoke about the issue. Her fans defended her in any way and Daniel's words helped alot as she finds it very sweet.

"Kath? Someone wants to see you! Come downstairs!" her mother shouted and she came down to find Daniel sat on their couch.. like the old times.

"Thank you." Kathryn whispered.

"Totoo lahat ng sinabi ko, Kath. Kahit sa anong paraan.. kahit anong mangyari.. proprotektahan kita." [What I said is true, Kath. In any way.. whatever happens.. I'll protect you.] he said as he stood up infront of her.

"I'm sorry for everything.. I swear I already broke up with her before I fell for you.." he said as he hold Kathryn's hands tightly. Tita Min showed.

"Daniel.. because of the issue. I think it's for the best for you to." Tita Min said.

"No! Tita kung lalayo ako kay Kathryn hindi ko ho kaya yun. No!" [No! If you want me to give Kathryn space I can't do that. No!] Daniel shouted as he can already imagine the scenes. Kathryn and Tita Min frowned on his hysterical.

"H'wag kang OA, Daniel! Sinasabi ko lang na kailangan mong kausapin ang asawa ko! Itong batang to jusko!" [Don't be an OA, Daniel! I just want to tell that you need to talk with my husband! This kid, really!] Tita Min shouted as she rubbed her forehead. Kathryn giggled on his reaction awhile ago.

"Ano bang ginawa mo dito?" [What did you do to this boy?] Tita Min asked to Kathryn as she pointed embarrassed Daniel.

"I didn't do anything!" Kathryn said.

"Ginayuma niya po ako, Tita Min!" [She bewitched me, Tita Min!] Daniel said.

knock knock

"Oh! I think that's him!" Tita Min shouted as she walk to their door. Daniel swallowed the lump on his throat as he can feel the sweat on his hands. 'He's nervous alright.' He thought.
