Chapter 21: Pardon me 

"Anong nangyari?" [What happened?] Tita Min asked for the both of them. They didn't answer and their eyes didn't looked at her. The space between them is visible. 

"Answer me!" Tita Min's voice boomed around the corners of the tent. They panicked but they didn't know what to answer. Tita Min exhaled deeply. 

"Eto na nga ba sinasabi ko eh.. Kaya tutol ako sa panliligaw mo, Daniel. It will bring chaos to yourself and to your work." [This is what I'm saying.. That's why I don't accept you, Daniel. It will bring chaos to yourself and to your work.] Tita Min said calmly while their heads bowed slowly. 

"Tita Min, h'wag niyo na pong pagalitan si Kath. Ako po talaga ang nag-away sakanya." [Tita Min, don't scold Kath. I'm the one who made the fight.] Daniel's bravery is evident in his tone while Kathryn turned her shocked face to him.

"No! I'm the one to be blame!" Kathryn shouted. The both of them fight. 

"Stop! Jusko! Sumasakit ang ulo ko sa inyo!" [Stop! Damn! I'm having a headache because of you two!] Tita Min shouted and they both bowed their heads again. 

"Kailan pa ba hindi, Tita Min?" [When it not, Tita Min?] Daniel whispered that made Kathryn giggled softly.

"May binubulong ka, Daniel?" [What are you whispering, Daniel?] Tita Min asked as she saw the interaction between them. 

"Wala po.." [None..] Daniel answered quickly while he scratched the back of his head. 

"Basta pagusapan niyo ang problema niyo ngayon. Hindi dapat matapos ang araw na ito na hindi kayo okay! Naaapektuhan ang trabaho niyo!" [Just talk about your problem now. The day must not end without the both of you are not okay! Your job is being affected!] Tita Min exclaimed sternly and the both of them nodded.

Min Bernardo exited the tent and the whole tent was quiet in exact 30 seconds. 

"Pasensya na.." [Pardon me..]"I'm sorry..."They both exclaimed and their eyes finally met. Kathryn's eyes watered and Daniel's face showed longing and sorrow. Kathryn can't stand this silence.

This is her time to show her feelings. To show what she really want to do. 'I will let my heart free.' she thought.She quickly jumped and wrapped her arms around Daniel's waist. 

Daniel was shocked but he eventually encircled his arms around her. As he finally possessed his love of his life. His baby.

Kathryn's face was covered on Daniel's chest while keep on caressing her hair softly and whispering sweet things to her. 

"Calm down, baba. Hey, stop crying.. it's finally okay now. We're okay now." he whispered softly.

"I'm sorry baby.." he whispered again while she sobbed loudly and her arms wrapped around his waist tightly. Daniel feels like he's going to explode to the sudden warm around her. He loves it when she's in his arms..

"Feeling ko ang sama-sama ko sayo!" [It feels like I'm a bad person to you!] she shouted as she faced Daniel. Daniel quickly wiped her tears away while his other hand softly caressed her waist. 

"Shhh... baba.. no." he said. 

"This will be our lesson, okay? Let's promise to be open and always talk about our problems no matter what." he explained and she nodded like a puppy. 

"Kath? DJ? Tapos na ba kayo?" [Kath? DJ? Are you already done?] Tita Min's voice heard outside. Daniel quickly tightened his gripped on Kathryn's waist and his head leaned towards Kath's neck.

He sniffed heavily loving the sweet lavender scent that he missed. 

"DJ! Nasa labas si mama!" [DJ! Mama's outside!] she shouted as she tried pushing his chest but Daniel didn't bulged. 

"Baby, come on. I missed you so much. I just want to hold you right now." he whispered in her ear and sniffed again.

"DJ." she said. 

"Hmm?"

"You know you are important to me, right?" she asked and Daniel looked at her eyes. He smiled and nodded. 

"Kasalanan ko kasi. Gustong gusto ko na kasing makuha ang sagot mo pero sa tingin ko kuntento na ako sa anong meron tayo ngayon." [It's my fault. I'm eager to know your answer but I think I'm contented to what we have right now.] he explained and their forehead touched. She smiled sweetly at him. 

"Hoy! Masyado na kayong matagal! May taping pa kayo!" [Hey! Both of you are too long in there! You have a work to do!] Tita Min exclaimed and they both decided to obey Tita Min. 

"You go first!" Kathryn said and Daniel obeyed. 

"Oh! and Pottie!" she shouted and Daniel turned at her.

"I miss you too.." she said shyly while her cheeks blushed heavily.

'Damn. You got me fall again, Ms. Chandria.' he thought as he melt again on her words. 

As soon as they both exited in the tent, their shy smiles and gaze anywhere but in the eyes of the people. The staff and crew's face filled with mischievous smiles.

"Look who's back?" one of the staff asked. "Okay na mag-jowa dito!" [The couple are okay here!] the crew shouted and pointed them. 

"Feeling ko isang take lang to!" [I think this will be gonna be a one take!] the director said. 

"Ay bakit direk? May magdadate katapos?" [Oh! Why, director? Is there someone who have a date after?] the crew asked and the director smirked. 

"Why not?" he said the people inside the venue laughed.

No doubt the taping took only a one take with the undeniable kilig couple. True feelings and the passion to work is indeed a good combination on Kathryn and Daniel's loveteam. 

The day ends sweetly.
