"i feel like i don't even know you anymore."
donghyuck felt his hair being roughly ruffled and forced being pushed back on his seats.
"you think changing your hair colour and then drinking and smoking underage comes with a new personality? get over yourself."
he tried to keep a straight face,
but every word they said was a blow to the stomach.
"renjun needed someone stable but he came along to be with you instead. and look what you did, you destroyed him."
"i didn't," donghyuck stifled a laugh.
na jaemin grabbed his collar pulling him face to face, anger clearly evident in his face.
"look, he's the one who got in the mess with me. renjun should have known what he was getting himself into so it's not my fucking fault that renjun got hurt. i don't take responsibility for anyone's actions that's not mine."
jaemin was now flaming. he was a ticking time bomb. minute by minute, second by second, he became more dangerous.
"go find yourself, donghyuck. where is the donghyuck that used to be sassy but secretly would die to help someone else?" jaemin's eyes softened.
"i don't know where he went. mark must have taken it with him."
"here we go again, blame it all on mark. you were the one that left him. mark has nothing to do with all this. get that through your thick skull."
"i loved him. with all my heart, i would sacrifice myself for him. but he broke that, he didn't understand me. and as soon as i walk away, he comes running back."
donghyuck sniffled wiping the tear droplets running down his cheeks.
"and the star crossed lovers never resolve their simple issue," jaemin said pursing his lips.
he let go of donghyuck.
just like how he let go of jeno.
