Chapter 14

*justins P.O.V.*

I letting out a sigh of relief, I placed my hand on top of hers and sat on the bed next to her abdominal area.

"Baby, calm down. I took care of all that stuff. I called all 50 guests, they all understood because of the circumstances." I explained, her expression relaxed and she leaned back more into the mound of 3 pillows.

"Thank god. Did you set another date?" She asked, looking down at Emma momentarily before looking back at me. I cleared my throat before taking her hand in mine.

"Not yet, they were exactly sure you would, um, they weren't sure you would wake up."

Her features softened and she rubbed comforting circles with the pad of her thumb on the back on my hand.

"I'm sorry you had to go through all this. What even happened?" She asked.

"Um, you were hit by a car while driving." I said, not wanting to go into detail. I understand she wants more insight on the cause of her coma and injuries, but I didn't want to trouble her.

"So an accident?" She stated, but it kind of came out like a question.

"No. The cops, for some reason, think it was intentional." I sighed, not wanting her to get upset over this. I honestly have no idea how she's going to react, I can only hope she won't be paranoid or scared at the fact someone who is still out there attempted to murder her.

"Someone wants to murder me!?" She screeched, wide eyed. She began to shake and look around ever inch of the room like someone was in here.

"Baby, calm down. You don't want to wake Emma. And you have nothing to worry about, I've hired ten body guards for all of us, five are at our house, living in the guest house in the backyard, and the other five are waiting right outside the door. I'm not going to let anything happen to you. You're safe." I comforted, giving her trembling hand a reassuring squeez.

"Okay." She whispered, looking a little bit more relaxed, but not completely. " do they know who did it?"

"Not yet, the cops are investigating. All they know is it's a black ranger over with tinted windows."

" just wonderful." She sighed. "My murderer is out there and I'm sitting here like a waiting duck. "

"Baby, as long as we're together your safe, I would never let anyone hurt you. You have to trust me on this."

"I know, I trust you." She smiled. "Is my dad here ?"

"No, he left yesterday. He's been here for 2 weeks straight and I finally convinced him to go hom, take a shower, and get some sleep in his own bed. He comes to see you everyday though, so he'll probably be here soon."

"Oh, okay." She smiled at me.

"I love you." I sighed, taking both her hands in mine.

"I love you too Jay. And it's not just because you make me happy, not because you make me feel special, nor because you're the sweetest person ever... But because I love you and I don't need any reason for that."

Feeling my grin widen, I leaned down, capturing her porcelain lips between mine.

"You never cease to amaze me. Even after so many years. And I look forward to the many years to come." I whispered against her lips, leaving my eyes shut , savoring the moment.

After a minute or two of just us leaning on each other, emotionally and physically, I pulled back, opening my eyes to see her doing the same.

"I cannot wait for you to officially become mrs.bieber." I breathed out.

I hate myself. It took me what, 2 weeks for this half ass chapter?

I have no ideAs left for this story, honestly.

I just want to write the wedding part bc the vows are adorable and make me want to rip out my ovaries and hand them to Mr. Bieber.

Btw, just so you can hate me even more, I'm going on a 8 day cruise with no wifi (kms) . I'm leaving Tuesday, but I'm going to write in my spare time on my iPad, I just won't be able to upload, I'm hoping to update a huge ass chapter as soon as I get back, or a few normal ones,comment which one you would prefer.
