3rs person pov: Lockwood

Anthony actually went to sleep after his conversation with Lucy, but the next morning he knew that he had to find out who texted her. "Okay guys, who texted Lucy?"

"Kipps," Both Holly and George said right after the question was asked.

"Wow you sold him out quick, who's idea was it?"

"..."

"I'm not mad about it,"

"It was George," Kipps said walking in. Lockwood smacks George in the back of the head for invading his privacy, not hard mind you, but enough for him to be upset.

"I thought you said you weren't mad about it!?!?"

"That was for invading my privacy, and not using your own phone, we all have her number."

"But we know she has a thing for you, and I wasn't sure if she had the same number,"

"She does for now, she'll probably end up changing it to try to completely forget that part of her life, I know I would want to. No offence Quill, your brother is a dick,"

"Why do you think I don't mention him? I don't know why he is how he is but he is,"

"We to many pronouns in that,"

"Now's not the time George, you can be a Grammer Notzi later."

"So wait did the text work?"

"Kind of? She knew it wasn't me because I had already told her it in person and she knows I don't repeat myself like that, but I used my amazing charm on her, and changed the subject. I mannaged to somewhat jokenly ask her why we weren't dating, and she said it was because of the fact that she just got out of a bad relationship. She did NOT say that it was because she wasn't still into me.

"Good, what else did she say," Holly chimed in now intrigued in the conversation they were having. "Because from the sounds of it, you have an actual chance of getting back with her."

"I'm not letting you guys mess with my love life again, if Lucy wants to get back together, that's great. If not thats her decision, I'll respect whatever she decides, even if its not what I want."

"Fine I'll stay out of it and try to make the boys stop too,"

"Thanks Holly, although that was really directed at Quill and George."

"All I did was text what Cubbins here didn't have the balls,"

"No offence but I think that your family has done enough, Quill."

"That's fair enough, you know that- wait I can't say that can I,"

"What?"

"I was going to say that technally she is in my family, but they got divorced, so that's not true anymore."

"Hey why didn't you tell us that they were married," That was Holly again, apperenly she's just worried about who's with who and why.

"I didn't know actually, they didn't have a real wedding, and I don't talk to him much on account of him beinging such an arse. I knew that he was married because when I saw him he was taking his wedding band off, and I questioned him, but when I asked who the poor woman was he wouldn't say."

"Probably because he knew where you work and that you would carry that back to Lockwood," Lockwood thought for a moment about the possibility of this being true but then he remembered.

"He didn't seem to know that you worked here,"

"Well I can tell you that's not true, when I was talking to him just a few months ago, when my whole family got together, it came up."
