The next morning Lucy woke up needing to use the bathroom. When she got back Jake was sprawled over the entire width of the small bed. Lucy looked at the boy for a minute before making up her mind. She crept down to Lockwood's room to see him sleeping on only half the bed. She left the door open, retrieved her sleeping son, and brought him down to Lockwood's room. After she laid him down of the open side of the bed, she closed the door and laid down between her boys.

When Lockwood woke up, he was shocked to find the other two in his bed. In his surprise, he accidently woke Lucy back up.

"Morning." She says sleepily.

"Sorry to wake you Love."

"It's fine babe." Neither of them actually thought about the fact that they went back to using pet names.

"How did you end up in here?"

"I got up to pee and Jake stole my spot so I went to just cuddle up with you, but I didn't figure I should leave Jake in a room he's not familiar with."

"Ah, okay."

"Do you need to get up?"

"No, I'll just stay here and be a pillow, probably try to go back to sleep." With that Lucy wrapped an arm around his torso, letting her hand lay on her son's back, and tucked her head back into the crook of his neck.

"I love you."

"I love you too, Anth."

"You have no idea how much I've missed hearing that, or even having you around in general."

"I've missed you too." Lucy sits up a little and kisses him. "You need to shave though, you look like you're in your late forties." It might have been a slight exaggeration, but she hated stubble on any man, let alone the one she was cuddling with. He felt his face.

"Anything for you love, although I was going to shave anyway."

"Still though, it needs to happen." He runs his foot up her leg.

"It seems like I'm not the only one that needs to shave."

"I know, but I can cover mine, you can't just wear a mask all day." * She laughed at the thought of him covering his face for anything but one of his 'undercover' projects.

"Oh no, what this time?"

"Remember those stupid shorts, you wore one day."

"Oh my God." He groaned, making Lucy laugh again. "Don't remind me."

"You are still loud." Jake said sitting up.

"Sorry Jakie, you wanna try to go back to sleep?" Lockwood asked. He shook is head and crawled over Lucy so he was between them.

"Hey big guy."

"Hi." He says quietly and cuddles into Lucy, she plays with his hair and rubs his back.

"This is why he need to be around you."

"I know Love." He kisses her forehead. "I think I'm up for helping out with him long term."

"I love you."

"Anything to keep my  girl happy."

"Jake, why don't you stay here and cuddle with Lockwood, while mommy starts breakfast." He just rolled over and hugs Lockwood's side. In response Lockwood sits up and places the kid in his lap.

"Wanna watch a movie?" He nods. "Okay, let's find a good one."

"I suggest Lego Batman." Lucy says walking out.

"Can we?" Jake asked excitedly.

"If I can find it." He says scrolling through Netflix.

For the fist time in years George woke up to the smell of non-burning breakfast. Before he could wake up to much, he reached over and pulled Flo closer to him. "Mornin.'"

"Sorry to wake you."

"It's fine, I smell food anyway." She said rolling over.

"Yet another reason for Lucy to be here more. She's a mother now, which means she that she normally has to get up early and now knows how to cook."

"You do realize that we'll need to move out eventually, especially if and when those to get married."

"True, but until then..." He props himself up so that he can kiss her easier, she accepted the kiss but knew that she was right.

"Don't you think that we should at least have something lined up."

"Since when have you been one for planning?"

"Since we decided to make this a serious relationship. When Locky marries her, they're gunna need the room back."

"What makes you say that?"

"We both know those two are going to have another kid."

"Okay, there are enough bedrooms for that."

"Not if we have one."

"Flo, are you pregnant?"

"No, but come on, don't you want kids- or at least a kid."

"I don't know."

"Well watch Locky and that little boy of Lucy's. He's not even his kid, and yet he practically is."

"I'm going to head down to make sure she doesn't need help."

"George, I'm serious. We can't just live here forever."

"I know, but there's not much we can do in here."

"You've got me there."

"So, I'm goin' to head down."

"Okay."

"Trust me, I'll start looking up history of some apartment buildings-"

"George."

"Hey if we help them out with a little problem we might get a better deal on rent."

"Fine." She said with a sigh.

"Sweetheart, I'm just joking. We can start looking for our own place whenever." He said coming back over a kissing her forehead. "Really though, I should probably go help Luce out, it's not like Lockwood can."

"Okay, make sure she's making something good."

"Will do." He walks down to the kitchen to find Lucy making pancakes and bacon.

"Finally someone else cooking."

"I'm used to it now."

"The bacon's too limp though."

"What was it you always used to tell us? 'If you don't like the way I cook it, do it yourself.'?"

"Fine, give me the spatula and the fork for the bacon." She did as told and ran back upstairs to cuddle with her boys.

"Hey cutie, breakfast done?" She gets under the blanket, and cuddles up to him.

"Not quite, but George was complaining about the bacon being limp, so I told him to do it himself."

"Ah, sound like him." He repositions his arm around her. "Well at least I get more time to love on you."

"You're such a dork."

"I love you too."
