Everyone was flabbergasted from the event that took place in front of them.
First, they didnt expected a child, a beautiful one at that, the talk of the town was Sai. Second, they didnt expected Sai and Ogata to have such heated talk right in front of the them.
Oh they were really stunned.

Especially a certain pair of boys.

"She-she was Sai?!?"
The brown haired boy said.
"Well she confirmed that she is indeed Sai."
"......."

"Way-"
"I knew it Isumi-san!!!! Something about her attracted me! To think she's Sai!!"
Oh Waya was certainly having his hopes up knowing that the young girl and him shared the same interest. He wouldnt let this opportunity pass.
"Cmon Isumi-san, lets head in the shidogo section, maybe we can meet Sai and have a talk with her.
"Waya, didnt you notice what just happened?"
"Yea I did, and?"
"*sighhh*"
Waya was usually smart and attentive, but now he currently wasnt. His mind probably only thought about the girl and his chances, nothing more.
"Didnt you see the way Ogata-san and Sai spoke? Im pretty sure the two of them are probably having a match right now."
Isumi didnt want to meddle with the two players. From his perspective, Sai and Ogata seemed like they knew something about each other, and he really doesnt want to meddle with their business.
"So what. We can just wait for their match to finish. Im sure the other people here would certainly gang up on Sai, asking her some questions. I sure hope the staffs prepared a meet and greet section here somewhere. Im worried that Sai may feel uncomfortable with all the people surrounding her."

Oh they did. They were well prepared, they anticipated that most people just came to meet and have a chat with Sai, especially now that they saw and knew that Sai was a girl, a charming one at that. The staffs would need to be prepared with the commotion on keeping the line organized for the meet and greet.

They both gave each other a glare and returned their focus on their game that was currently taking place.

'Shoot!! I forgot that I havent played go using a goban and stones. I knew I should have persuaded grandpa to buy me one! This creep is probably mocking me inside his head.'
"Dont worry Hikaru, Ill show him that the way of your holding of stones doesnt affect the game."
'Good to hear that Sai, and here I thought that I would make you go easy on him but I take that back crush him. Make him learn his lesson, remind him that youre better than him!'
"Gladly Hikaru, Seijis play is strong, I planned from the start to play him seriously. After all, its quite offending if a go player doesnt fight his opponent seriously."
'Knockyourself out Sai. Better remind myself to start earning money to buy a goban and a set of stones. Maybe I can persuade grandpa on buying me one this time if I show him how strong I am.'

3 and a half years ago. When Hikaru asked his grandpa for the goban in their shed. His grandpa couldnt believe his only grandson has taken an interest in go, of course he was really happy but he couldnt allow his grandson to take the goban that was in their shed. He explained Hikaru that it was haunted by an heian period ghost. Heihachi could only give his grandson a confused look when Hikaru started laughing.

Now he really wasnt gonna give him that goban. He told Hikaru he would just buy him a foldable one with some cheap stones.

Since he was worried that Hikaru would try to go and steal the one in the shed and probably be haunted by the ghost, especially since he fainted right in front of the goban.
