I 've been throwing up for the last 3 days. My cycle hasn't always been regular but I've never been sick like this. Than a thought hits me that I could be pregnant. Jared and I were so hot and heavy that time in London we weren't thinking straight. Great leave it up to end up pregnant after my first time with someone.
I quickly throw on a a beanie sunglasses and my jacket before i head out of Jared's trailer. He's working for another 1 hrs before he has lunch so I have some time to run to the pharmacy and back.

I quickly grab a test and I end up seeing this adorable baby booties while I am there so I end up getting them.
What a great way to tell Jared if I am pregnant that leaving these out for him to see.
I quickly cash out and race back to the trailer.
Long 3 minutes of life could change everything. I know Jared will be an amazing father I just never pictured having a child I've always thought about adopting. Ever since my trust issues got worse after college my game plan was to adopt a kid and be a single mother 10 years from now once I got everything else settled. Being in a relationship was never in my game plan either after those issues got worse. Being with Jared has changed my whole outlook on life.
The timer goes off. Here's the moment of truth. This result has just changed my life it was positive.
I quickly set up the booties next to the test i put on the table where Jared sets his keys down.

I go wash my hands and than quickly sit down and pretend I am reading.
I hear the trailer door open.
" Gwen honey I am back ready to go for lunch? Jared asked.
Before he walks over to me he noticed when i set up on the table.
Jared just stands there frozen.
" Honey does this mean that we are expecting? Jared asked with smile on his face.
" I am pretty sure but we should go to the doctor to go to double check." I replied.
Jared picks me up and spins me around.
Jared without another word takes me to the car and I assume is going to the local clinc.
It's empty so we get in right away.
" Mr. and Mrs. Padalecki come on back." Dr. Erica Karp said.
" So we are going to do an ultrasound Mrs. Padalecki lie back." Dr. Erica Karp said.
She moves the machine around.
My heart stops as we see the little blob on the screen.
" Congrats you guys are expecting a baby as suspected you are 4 months along. I'll give you guys a copy of the ultrasound before you leave. " Erica said
Jared and I smile in response.
Jared picks me up again.
"We are going to be parents. You give me the best gift I could have ever wanted." Jared said.
" I am excited too but Jared could you please put me down." i replied.
Jared reluctantly sets me back onto my feet.
The doctor smiles at us and shakes her head. She hands us the ultrasound.
Jared takes it from her.
"Gwen I've been wanting to take an impromptu trip tomorrow it's a surprise destination are you up for it? Jared asked.
" I am up for anything if it's with you within reason of course." I replied.
Later that night after we back our bags than head off to bed.
