After saying goodbye to my mum and dad we leave the hospital and make our way home.

"Are you okay baby?" Craig asks as he drives.

I nod. "Yeah, just a bit tired" I yawn. "What did Marcus say while you were on the phone to him?" I ask him, I notice his hands clench around the steering wheel until his knuckles go white. This can't be good.

"They can't find her— they've got her picture, but up to now they're comin up empty" He growls in frustration bashing the steering wheel. "Fuck" He roars. I reach over placing my hand on his muscular thigh and squeeze it as I try to comfort him.

"Did you tell him that she's dyed her hair recently?" I ask "She's no longer a blonde, she's brunette now— like my colour brown to be exact," I tell him, he looks to me in confusion then his eyes widen as he remembers me telling him about Rebecca's recent changes. He presses a button on his steering wheel "Call Marcus" he says out loud.

A robotic voice comes over the speaker. "Calling Marcus" Then a ringing tone comes through the speaker.

"Craig?" Marcus answers.

"She's not fucking blonde anymore Marcus!" Craig growls.

"What? What the fuck are you talking about Craig? Who's not blonde?" He asks.

"Rebecca" Craig growls angrily. "She's dyed her hair brown, the same colour as Cat's— notify the police and tell them" he adds.

"They're still gonna wanna speak to Catherine, Craig—" Marcus says down the phone before Craig cuts him off.

"No, not today— she needs her rest, we'll see how she's feeling tomorrow" Craig says.

"Craig—I can" I say softly before he looks at me as if I'm crazy.

"Baby— you've just gotten out of hospital, ain't no way— the only thing that's gonna happen when we get home is your gonna get some rest, okay?" He pleads.

"Okay, But I'll talk to them soon—" I say before he cuts me off again.

"Baby, Please, for me— just at least give it a day or two" he asks.

"Craig, she's out there, she came into our home— she stood over me whilst I was sleeping, she's planning something Craig, I don't think she's mentally well" I tell him. "She needs to be found Craig, god knows what the woman is capable of" I add.

"She's Right Craig, fuckin hell—" Marcus growls in frustration.

"She won't get anywhere near you baby, I promise" he says softly. He's not listening to me...

"She already did—" I scream in frustration, and guilt instantly consumes me as I see the hurt in Craig's eyes.

"I'm sorry Craig, I— please, just let me talk to the police. She needs help Craig, and she's not going to stop until she's gotten what she wants. And what she wants is you" I tell him, the tension in the car is palpable.

"Fuck what she wants—I don't want her, I want you" He growls punching the steering wheel making me flinch.

"Pull over Craig, we shouldn't even be driving whilst you're on the phone" I tell him.

"I'm not actually on my phone, it's handsfree" he growls. "Marcus, notify Davies, tell him we're comin in now—I don't want my girl under any more stress than she is already." He growls and hangs up without waiting for a response.

"That was rude" I tell him after a beat of silence.

He shrugs. "He gets paid a fuck-ton of money baby, plus he knows how pissed I am with all this shit Rebecca is pulling" he growls angrily.
