Chapter 12 (part two)

Angie POV

After talking to Jakes father for a while longer we went back to attend Daisy's tea party. "Daisy are you ready for the tea party?!" I called going into her room. "Yeah! You can come in if you want." She said back. I grabbed Jakes hand and dragged him into her room and sat at the little pink table in the middle of her room.

"Daisy where are you?" Jake called while sitting. "Right here silly." She said walking in wearing a bright pink dress, a pink necklace, a silver tiara, and fake pink earrings. "Oh my lord." Jake said putting his head on the table. "Aw Daisy you look so pretty." I gushed while kicking Jake in the shin and hearing him hiss when my foot connected with his leg. "What was that for?!?" He whisper yelled. "Don't be rude to your baby sister!" I said back. Daisy being completely oblivious to our little "disagreement" went and grabbed some cookies and cups of tea.

After about 20 minutes of playing Jakes mother(Kate) came in. "Are you staying for dinner Angie?" She asked walking in. "Aw you look so adorable Daisy!" Tony(Jakes father) said coming in. "Thanks daddy!" Daisy said. "I would like to stay for dinner if it's alright with you Kate." I said. "That will be fun dear. Dinner is in 15 minutes." She said then left.

Once Tony and Kate left Jake and I helped Daisy clean up the tea party stuff. "Let's go get washed up for dinner." Jake said taking my hand and dragging me off somewhere. "And this is my room." He said opening a door down the hall from his sisters. His room would actually be considered clean for a guys room. His bed and a dresser were on the left side in the corner. "That door leads to bathroom." He said pointing to the door on the opposite side of the room. "Nice room." I said still standing in the door way. "Just go wash up silly girl." He said going into a different door in the room that I guessed was his closet. After standing there awkwardly for another minute I went in the bathroom and cleaned up. "Come on beautiful lets go eat." Jake said suddenly right behind me. "Ok."

*After dinner*

"Thank you for dinner Kate it was amazing." I said. "Your very welcome my dear."

"Ok well I'm going to take Angie home before her father kills me." Jake said standing up and putting our dishes in the sink.

*Skipping the car ride*

"Tonight was lovely. Thank you." "I said as we pulled into my drive way. "Your welcome Angie." He said. "Have a good rest of the night."

"You too." He said kissing my cheek. "Good night."

"Good night Angie. I will text you in the morning. Sleep well."

"Ok Jake." I said getting out of the car.

"How was your night darling?" My father asked as I came inside. "It was amazing daddy. I'm going to go to bed. I love you."

"Love too baby girl."

I went upstairs to check on Jackie and Austin since I haven't talked to them much lately. After knocking and making sure it was safe to go in, I went in to see Jackie curled up in Austin's arms asleep.

"Hey big brother. How's she feeling?"

"She's alright just tired. The baby keeps her up most night because she's been feeling sick. I think I'm going to take her to the doctors soon."

"Oh, ok. Well I'm going to go change and get into bed here in a few. I just wanted to see how you guys were doing."

"Ok. Good night little sister."

"Night big brother." I said and then closed the door and head off to go change and then sleep. Who knew being with your soulmate could take so much out of you?
