I haven't logged on in quite some time and have been meaning to post these forever!! So finally here it is lol

"I'm so excited to see your mom." I tell Shawn as we walk through the airport. 

"You and me both." He says with a smile.

Shawn's mom and I are very close. She's the most wonderful woman ever. Every time I come to visit with Shawn, she treats me like one of her own children.

We get our bags and John walks in front of Shawn and I through the airport. He makes sure we get into our car safely before leaving us. 

"Oh I can't wait to give Aaliyah the gift I got her. And your parents as well." I say.

"You know you don't have to get them gifts every time you see them." Shawn says with a chuckle.

"I know, but I enjoy doing it." I say.

"My family adores you, you know." He tells me and I smile.

"I'm glad. I adore them too. Especially your parents." I say and lean in and kiss his cheek. "Because they brought you into this world." 

"I am great aren't I?" He asks me and I smile. 

"The greatest."

We arrive at Shawn's apartment and get settled in before leaving again to go have dinner with his family.

When we arrive at Karen and Manny's house, Shawns face lights up.

"She's making the roast." He says before we even get out of the car.

"How can you tell?" I ask with a laugh.

"I just know. Come on let's go." He says and gets out of the car.

I chuckle a bit and walk to the front door with him. He knocks and just seconds later Aaliyah opens the door.

"Shawn! Y/n!" She says and Shawn wraps his arms around his sister. He kisses her head and then lets go.

"Look at you! You're all grown!" I say and hug Aaliyah.

That's when Shawns parents came to greet us.

"Oh my babies!" Karen says and comes and hugs the both of us. 

 "It so great to see you again." I say with a smile.

"I missed you." Shawn tells his mom.

"I missed you too, love." She says and kisses his cheek.

"Hey dad." Shawn says and embraces Manny.

"It's good to see you." Manny says and then they break.

"Y/n, I'm glad you came." Manny says before we hug.

"I'm always up for visiting you guys." I say.

"Okay now let's get some food in your stomachs. I'll go take the roast out of the oven. I look at Shawn and my jaw drops at the fact that he was right.

He looks at me and laughs.

"I told you." He says. He grabs my hand and we walk to the dining room together.

Shawn pulls my chair out for me and I smile and sit down. He sits next to me and Karen comes in with the food. 

"Here let me help." I say and begin to get up.
