"I am so glad Mommy stopped eating all the marshmallows," Kirara told Aria as the two walked around the school grounds on the third day of School Spirit Week, cotton candy cones in hand.

For the whole week, the school was a huge carnival for everyone to marvel at. Kirara was especially enjoying today since she had nothing better to do then spend time with her friends and wear school merchandise. Kirara was wearing a warm green and orange sweater with the school mascot, Shiny Cat, on the front and AIKATSU spelled out in the back. Aria was wearing a hoodie with almost the same design but with a few changes.

"Mum told me that when she was pregnant with me," said Aria "she ate all the greens in town. I have believe them,"

Kirara giggled "At least those eating habits don't give you cavities and stomachache. Or keep certain people from having tasty sugary snacks!"

"True," Aria nodded, popping a cloud of cotton candy into mouth. "So how many marshmallows were leftover from the craving?"

"I think you mean, are," Kirara corrected "And there are  a dozen bags left over!"

"Well at least your halloween shopping is taken care of," Aria said with a smile "It's a shame this will be the last time we ..." Aria trailed off, not wanting to finish the sentence.

"I don't care where we go," said Kirara "I'll still trick-or-treat with you guys next year,"

Aria smiled "Good,"

"Hey look! Funnel cake!" Kirara exclaimed "Let's go get some!"

"Hmm ... no thanks," Aria shook her head "I'm pretty full after the cider, caramel apples, and the cotton candy,"

"But it's so good!"

"You can get some for yourself. I have a figure to keep up," This last part was a joke, but Aria was still mostly full nonetheless. But she still had room for cotton candy.

As the two walked over to the funnel cake booth, they passed by the outside stage where the Drama Club was performing A Midsummer Night's Dream. Asahi was performing up with his friends, and it was clear to everyone he was having a ball.

"Captain of our fairy band," Asahi recited "Helena is here at hand; And the youth, mistook by me, pleading for a lover's fee. Shall we there find pageant see? Lord, what fools these mortals be!"

The girls smiled and walked past them and stood in line for funnel cake.

"Hey guys!" Someone called from somewhere. Kirara and Aria turned to their right to see Rin standing at the milk bottle booth.

"Hey Rin!" said Aria "Working hard at your booth I see,"

"Yeah. Do you guys want to play?" Rin asked

"Hmm ... maybe later," said Kirara "We're getting funnel cake right now,"

"Really? Cause you're eating cotton candy and I saw you get over four caramel apples before,"

"We shared those," Aria retorted

"Please. Just one round? I don't have many costumers coming over, this job is a real pain. Please, just play a game!"

"Okay! Okay!" Kirara exclaimed "Aria, hold my place in line please,"

"Sure,"

Kirara went up to the booth and handed Rin two tickets, as was the required payment to play the game. "Welcome to the Milk Bottle challenge, where you have to simply throw a baseball at one of those towers of bottles. Like so," Rin took a ball and threw it at one of the pyramids of milk bottles. Soon they came crashing down to the floor. Rin was head of the baseball team, so it was almost no surprise, but Kirara still couldn't help but be in awe. "You get three changes," Rin handed Kirara three baseball balls and waited for Kirara to throw them.

Kirara tossed the first ball as hard as she could, but it did no good. She tossed the second ball. Nada. She tossed the third ball. She missed.

"Oh well, I tried," Kirara said with a shrug as she started to join Aria back in line.

"Oh please, Aria could do better," said Rin

"I know she could," said Kirara. Aria was also on the baseball team. She had worked hard and was now one of the best players on the team

"Well why doesn't she prove it?" Rin turned to Aria "Aria, why don't you show Kirara here a thing or two about pitching?"

"Si capitan! " Aria saluted and handed her cotton candy to Kirara, played the fee for the milk bottle game, then tossed the ball.

CLANG!

The bottles it the ground with a crash! Rin clapped "Well done," she said "Good to know you'll be ready for tomorrow's game,"

Aria smiled, Kirara rolled her eyes. It was all a trick to get more people playing, she knew that.

"Help!" Yume ran over and grabbed onto Aria "Aria, I need your help, you need to hide me,"

"Uh, what? Where?" the girl sputtered

"Anywhere where your boyfriend and his hyperactive dog isn't!"

"Is Pepper chasing after you again?" Kirara asked

"No, Nozomu is, I'm sure," Rin joked

"Just, please, hide me," Yume begged

"Well we're in line to get funnel cake right now," said Kirara

"Great, I'll join you if you don't mind," said Yume

"We don't," said Aria "Oh wait. Rin, what do I win for the milk bottle challenge?"

"Nothing," said Rin

"What?!!"

"Why do you think I don't have costumers? Some twelve year old with really  great aim took them all," Rin said with a sigh "I should have just closed,"

After the three girls got funnel cake, they rested by the stage to watch the rest of the play until Kazu and Pepper walked over and Yume had make a break for it.

"Don't worry about Pepper," said Kazu "You can tell Yume I'm giving him Liberty-Eco-Sumerian-Somersault-Open-Nest-Sirons,"

"I'll be sure to mention it to her," said Aria

"Maybe Daddy can help," said Kirara "You should talk to him now before ... before we move,"

"Right," said Kazu "I will,"
