"Oh, what a beautiful dream," said Landa sleepily, as she woke up. She looked around and was at first a little startled to see a rabbit and a boy, but then she remembered what happened the day before.

"Good morning, Goldtin," said Landa, ignoring Logan on purpose.

"Good morning, Landa. We must get going on our journey as soon as possible. Oh, by the way, this is my beautiful wife, Goldtale," answered Goldtin.

Goldtale, who was wearing a silky yellow dress, greeted Landa and Logan. Then, Landa turned around and realized she was right in front of Logan. She looked at him and his eyes stood out to her right away. They were so blue, a beautiful blue, blue like the sea. She thought back to Elliot Surfer. Weren't his eyes a beautiful blue like this boy's? What if this boy was Elliot? No, she thought, Elliot has light brown hair, almost blonde, but this boy has black hair. As she was thinking all this, she didn't realize she was still staring at him. He waved to her and said, "Hi."

Landa ignored him and moved away from the boy.

Goldtin was now talking. "We are going to walk now. Our first stop is Mira's house."

"Why?" asked Landa suspiciously.

"You'll see," was all Goldtin said.

With that, he and Goldtale started marching out of the woods. Landa followed, feeling very puzzled. She tried to listen to the rabbits' conversation, but it didn't interest her.

"Wait up, Landa!"

Landa turned around and saw Logan. She had actually forgotten about him. What does he want from me now? she wondered. She waited for him.

"Do you want to walk alone?" asked the boy.

Landa shrugged her shoulders. Weird question, thought Landa. You just don't ask that.

They walked in silence for a while. Then, Logan said, "Why do you hate me so much? I know I was mean to you yesterday, but I said I was sorry. Do you not forgive me? Stop judging me!"

Landa looked up at him with innocent eyes. Still, she would not speak. She was surprised at what he said.

"So, you won't speak? Fine! Then, I won't speak to you," he declared angrily.

"If I died, you wouldn't care! But some people have feelings, unlike you," he continued after a short pause.

"I do have feelings, Logan. And I do forgive you. I'm just worried. Mira may be in grave danger. I'm sorry," responed Landa quietly.

Logan wouldn't talk, so Landa ran to catch up with the rabbits, who were still discussing boring things.

Then, Landa stopped. She waited for Logan. When he saw Landa stopped, he stopped too.

Landa motioned with her arm and said, "You may go before me."

"What are you doing?" Logan inquired curiously.

"Look, Logan. We're going to be together for a while, so if you want to be my friend and walk with me, you can. Stop being mad at me. I don't hate you. I don't hate anyone. My best friend, Mira, taught me to not hate. She does not hate anyone, and neither do I. So what's your decision?"

"I'll be your friend. And thanks, Landa."

"You're welcome. Do you know Mira?"

"No. She seems nice and smart."

"Yeah, she is. Sometimes, I think she's too nice and smart that it's unbearable," replied Landa with a sigh.

"So you're jealous of her?" asked Logan.
