Amanda
After I finally arrived to school, I went straight to my locker to meet Hailey, who was waiting for me.
"Hey bitch," she said.
"Hey, again," I replied reaching out to open my locker.
"Oh no you don't," she stopped me, "You tell me right now about Noah Brown or I will start screaming at the top of my lungs that you like him."
"Really?" I asked, "What are we? Middle schoolers?" She looked at me and I sighed.
"There's nothing to tell, really," I explained, "We met in History class, he sat down next to me because apparently every single seat was taken, except the one next to me."
"Oh, okay," she said, letting go off my arm to let me open my locker.
"We talked the whole class and then I kind of left him there," I said.
"What?"
"You know," I pointed towards my arm.
"Oh my god!" Hailey said, "I forgot to ask you, how bad was it yesterday?"
"I have a cut on my right cheek and a bruise," I replied. I had covered it as well as I could with makeup so no one would ask about it.
"Okay..." she said. Hailey knew how bad the situation was, so she avoided speaking about it, but when I was hurt, she had to bring it up to know how I was feeling, "What happened next?"
"I never saw him until yesterday and that's when I took a ride with him," I replied, picking up my bag from the floor and closing my locker after getting all the books I needed. We started walking down the hall towards our first class. Suddenly, Hailey stopped in the middle of the hallway.
"What's wrong?" I asked her.
"Nothing, I gotta go to the bathroom," she said quickly.
"Oh, okay, I'll go with you," I replied, starting to take a step towards her.
"No, you go on without me, I'll catch up later," she pushed me backward with her hands as she started to walk towards the bathroom. I shrugged and turned around to continue walking when I was met with a black leather jacket. I turned my head upwards to find Noah looking back at me.
"Hey," he greeted me, running a hand through his messy, black hair.
"Hi," I replied. I looked away from his face to see all the students staring at us. Crap.
"This is awkward," I pointed out looking at the students. That's when I heard a pair of heels clicking behind me.
"Hey Noah!" a girl greeted him. I heard him groan as she came to a stop next to me, "And who the hell are you?"
"I'm Amanda," I replied.
"I'm Aubrey," she replied, tossing her blond hair over her shoulder, "Nice to meet you.. not."
"Wow, rude," I said under my breath.
"Aubrey," Noah said after watching the scene, "What are you doing?"
"Nothing, just came over to talk to you," she replied, "But you're obviously too busy talking to her." She eyed me up and down, looking disgustingly at my outfit and my face.
"I was just leaving anyway," I said as soon as the bell rang, "See you around, Noah." I walked away to meet Hailey by the door of the classroom.
"Don't do that again," I said to her.
"Sorry, I wasn't planning on Aubrey interrupting," she shrugged.

"Hey, Amanda," Jack greeted me as he rested one arm on the locker next to mine and looked at me.
