So a friend of @BangChin_Slay4Life requested an alternate ending for "My Flower" but with a bad ending. That's honestly the FIRST time someone requested something like that to me. 😂

[3rd Person's POV]

The flowers came pouring out of Jooheon like a waterfall, and he couldn't do aanything to stop it. Jooheon tried to hold them in but he couldn't.

Minhyuk rushed to Jooheon's side, "Don't keep it in Jooheon, you'll choke yourself." Minhyuk whispered in Jooheon's ear and patted his back

Jooheon wasn't just throwing up flowers anymore. Blood was EVERYWHERE. Compared to his previous attacks, this was by far the worst one he's had.

The members stood there, their mouths agape. They didn't know what was happening to Jooheon. Why are there flowers? Why is there blood? Theu didn't know.

Hyungwon went ahead and called for an ambulance. He was familiar with the Hanahaki disease. He's read a few novels about it, but he didn't think it would ever happen to his members.

One thing worried him most. He knows how deadly the Hanahaki disease could be. And seeing Jooheon in this state, he knows it's severe.

Hyungwon called for an ambulance before calling their manager. After the call, Hyungwon ran to Jooheon who collapsed next to the pool of blood on the floor.

"Since when?" Hyungwon asked, his eyes focused on the younger, but you could tell he was angry and worried all at the same time

"4 months ago.." Minhyuk mumbled, rubbing Jooheon's back

Hyungeon's head snapped up, "4 MONTHS??! AND YOU NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL US???!" Hyungwon yelled angrily

Jooheon's body started shaking violently and he gasped for air.

"He's choking!" Minhyuk yelled, panicking

Hyungwon opened Jooheon's mouth but he couldn't see anything. It was probably in his esophagus.

Someone suddenly came running throught the door, "The ambulance is on their way up!" Their manager yelled

Hyunwoo rushed to Jooheon and was about to pick him up, but Minhyuk held his arm before shaking his head.

Hyunwoo gave Minhyuk a confused look but the younger ignored him and carried Jooheon along with Hyungwon.

The ride to the hospital felt like a whole decade but they finally got there. Jooheon kept thrashing around, trying to get whatever is stuck in his lungs to come out but it just wouldn't.

When they arrived, Jooheon was immediately rushed to the emergency room.

The others was about to follow but a nurse stopped them and told them to wait in the waiting area.

Their manager stepped out to speak with the CEO about what had happened to Jooheon.

"Minhyuk what is going on??! Why was Jooheon basically choking on foowers and his own blood!?!" Kihyun yelled

Kihyun was worried. No wait, he was panicking. Kihyun felt like he was about to have a heart attack. Will their maknae be okay or not?

"This wasn't supposed to happen..." Minhyuk mumbled, burying his face in his hands as he let himself fall on one of the chairs

Hyungwon sat beside him and rubbed the older's back in a comforting way, "Tell us... EVERYTHING.."

The other members waited for Minhyuk to start explaining as they gathered around him. Minhyuk became silent for a few seconds.
