Tokyo Mew Mew (Ryou Love Story)

Chapter 2: Mew Mew Starlight

    There stood in front of me was a fox... Not just any fox, but a pink one. Why would there be a pink fox out here? And with me being way too curious, I reached my hand out for it to sniff. Once it had sniffed my hand, I slowly picked it up and saw that it was a girl.
    "What are you doing out here all alone?" I asked the animal. All she did was make a little rawr noise and I awed at how cute it was. All of a sudden she jumped into me...WAIT... IT JUMPED INTO ME! All I could remember next was a white flash and shouting, "Mew Mew Star! METAMORPHOSIS!"
    I came back wearing a blueish-purple strapless belly shirt with a pinkish-red star in the middle, blue shorts with pink stars on the sides, purple knee high socks with blue stars all over them, dark blue flat shoes, dark blue gloves, pink fox ears, pink fox tail, and blue stars under my eyes.
    Once I regained my thoughts, I realized what I was wearing and exclaimed, "What the heck am I wearing!?" I guess my shouting caused something because I heard footsteps coming outside.
    "Starlight is that you?" A voice asked sounding confused. I quickly turned around and saw Ichigo, Mint, Lettuce, Zakuro, Pudding, and two guys staring at me in awe.
    "Yes, at least I think its me. Do you know how I got like this?" I asked pointing at what I am wearing.
    "I thought there was only five, but I guess I was wrong" the blonde guy mumbled out loud. Now I was even more confused and looked to the others for some sort of help.
    "You're a Mew Mew now" Zakuro explained with a monotone voice.
    "Oh" was all I could manage to say, "Wait if I'm a mew mew, what do I do now?"
    "You will have to work here with the rest of us because everyone else is a mew mew here" the brunette guy explained.
    "Really?!" I exclaimed as they nodded, "That's so awesome!" I went to give everyone a hug, but the blonde guy, who I found out was named Ryou, wouldn't give me one. I sweatdropped and sat on the ground while pouting.
    "Fine then" I mumbled and all the girls laughed, which caused me to smile.
    "Well, It's getting late so let us all head home" the brunette guy, whose name was Keiichiro, announced. I rose from the ground went to walk with Ichigo to head home when I stopped in front of he cafe.
    "What is it Star?" Ichigo asked walking back to where I stopped. I motioned to my outfit and she got the idea. She told me to just think of my original outfit and I'll change back. I did what she said and it actually worked. I was back in my school uniform and we began to head to our homes once again.

    Ichigo and I headed to the cafe after school and walked into the building. I noticed everyone was there; Mint was drinking tea, Lettuce was reading a book, Pudding was doing tricks, and  Zakuro was just sitting down.
"Hey guys!" I announced to the room and everyone looked at me from were they were. Pudding was the first to say, 'Hiya Star' and jumped on me, causing both of us to fall on the ground. We laughed as Keiichiro and Ryou came out with a box.
    I rose from the ground and held out a hand to Pudding. She grabbed my hand and I helped her up.
    "What's in the box?" I asked as I pointed at it. Ryou set the box on the table and we all gathered around it. He opened it and inside was a Navy blue maid outfit.
    "It's your outfit to work here" Keiichiro explained and everyone nodded. I grabbed the outfit and held it out. I excused myself from the room and went to the bathroom and changed. I return to the main room with a huge smile on myself.
    "I LOVE IT!" I shouted and twirled around. Everyone laughed except Ryou, obviously.

    "Group hug!" I yelled and went around hugging everyone. As I tried to hug Ryou, he kept dodging me. I sunk to the floor and pouted like a little kid who didn't get their candy.
    "It's alright Star, he doesn't like to hug anyone" Lettuce tried to comfort me, but I turned around facing the wall. I could hear everyone sighing at me and heard someone starting to say something.
    "Let's just go home Star" Ichigo said behind me and I shook my head no while crossing my arms together.
    "Ryou... just let her hug you" Ichigo pleaded and I heard him let out a big sigh.
    "Fine, but only to get you to leave" Ryou explained. I jumped up, turned around, and hugged him. I noticed how he turned a little red in the face and I giggled. I reluctantly let go of him and left to get changed back into my school uniform.
    "Bye!" I announced when I returned to the room and pulled Ichigo out the door with me to head home.
