Chapter 9

Emma
It was a Saturday afternoon and Emma was in her apartment waiting for him. She had on a red, short, and silky robe. She was drinking some expensive wine and she had her hair down. She looked at her window and the buildings. She hears a knock on the door. She puts her wine down and she walks barefoot to the door, opening it. "Finally I was waiting for you." She says as Luke comes to her and kisses her grabbing her waist. "Wow you look very sexy Emma." He says as he carries her to the couch he puts her down and begins to Kiss her again passionately. Emma stops Luke and gets him off her and she starts walking to her window. "Why didn't you tell me Cameron and Elizabeth had an arranged marriage? I had to find out through his mother." She says grabbing her wine and taking a sip. Luke stands up and walks to Emma, hugging her from behind. "I was going to mention it to you princess. I just forgot." He says trying to kiss Emma's neck. Emma moves and sets her wine down again and walks around the couch. "You know how important Camerons money is to me Luke." She said looking at him. "I know it is, I'm still trying to figure out a way to make him sell his lands." He says sitting down on the couch. "Those lands are worth millions of dollars. We can build new companies there, something, anything." Says Luke. Emma looks at Luke and sits next to him. "You know, Cameron isn't the only son. It's Gabriel as well he shares the same rights as Cameron. I can convince him to sell them to me." She says smiling at Luke. Luke grabs Emma by the waist and starts kissing her on the neck. "That's right I'm going to convince Gabriel and all I need from him is a signature." She smiles and closes her eyes as Luke kisses her Neck and then her lips. "I bet You will convince him, if he doesn't get convinced by your body, he must be blind." He says as he continues to kiss her and Emma giggles as she kisses him back. Luke carries Emma to the bedroom and they have a long passionate night.

Elizabeth
I get out my bedroom and as I'm walking through the hallway to head to Camerons office, I find Gabriel. "Hey Gabriel are you going to- "Please Elizabeth don't talk to me, I cant believe you made my brother marry you." He says looking at me with so much hate. "What are you talking about?" I say as I have never seen Gabriel talk to me like that. "Oh don't act like you don't Know what I'm taking about. You bought yourself!" He said. Once he says those words I can't help but slap him. He turns around to see me and he puts his hand where I slapped him, leaving him a red mark. "I'm not going to let you talk to me like that. I don't know who told you that, but that's not true." I say as I walk away from him and go to Camerons office. I knock and he tells me to go in. I walk in and I see him smiling. "Hey Elizabeth." He says as he puts his pen down. "I was wondering if I could go visit my friend Hannah and my family at my old house." I say hoping he would say yes. His face expression changes and he takes a deep breath thinking about it. "Yes but only with a chaperone. I won't be able to go, I have to go to the main office tomorrow and work on some things." He said standing up and walking to me. "Ya that's fine, I really miss them and I just need to talk to someone I know." I say looking at Cameron as he comes to me and holds my hands. "I understand, staying away from your family isn't easy. So that is why I told Valeria that she can come here and stay here for a while. I know how important she is too you. Your father told me." He said smiling at Elizabeth. I hold his hand and I smile. "Thank you Cameron I appreciate it so much." I said smiling. Well I need to go and see what I'm going to wear and be ready for tomorrow." I say as I turn around and start walking to the door. Cameron grabs my arm and he kisses me softly. I kiss him back slowly and we look at each other and I smile a bit. I head out and I close the door and stand there touching my lips. I head inside the kitchen and call Hannah. I tell her that I'm going to my house tomorrow. After a while I go upstairs and prepare for tomorrow. I think about what Gabriel told me and why he thought that I chose to marry Cameron and why he thought I came up with this idea. The next day I get up and put on my favorite dress on. It was a red, tight dress. I straight my hair and put some makeup on. I actually felt like getting ready. I grab my purse and head downstairs. I see Luke just coming in. He was wearing a nice suit, I'm guessing he was here for Cameron. "Well well well if it isn't Elizabeth." He says as he checks me out. "Excuse me, I'm in a hurry." I say as I walk past him and he grabs me softly. "Hey I'm so sorry about the other day, I didn't want to record but Cameron is my close friend." He said smiling at me and grabbing my hand and I pull it away. "Goodbye Luke." I walk away and head to the door. "I can help you escape with the love of your life." He says smiling waiting for me to turn around. When those words came out of his mouth I stopped walking and I shook my head and opened the door and left. Cameron comes out the office and walks to Luke. "Ready to go? This meeting is very important and I'm not trying to miss it." He says. Alright lets head out, your wife just left." Luke says as he walks to the door. "Ya shes going to visit her friend and her family." Cameron says as he heads to the door too they both walk outside. "So have you have thought about selling the lands yet?" Luke says as he gets in the car. "I don't think I want to sell them, I want those lands." Cameron says as he got in the car as well. "Well you can get really good money with those lands." Luke said getting desperate. "I made my final word, Luke." Cameron says looking out the window thinking about Elizabeth.

I was looking out the window feeling happy that I was going back home to visit my family. I knew was going to see my dad but I didn't want to talk to him at all. The chaperone parks the car and he comes to my side and helps me get out. I look at my house and smile. I close my eyes and remember when I use to get out the car with my mother and we would go and play in the backyard. I open my eyes and go inside, I see Valeria and she sees me. She screamed and came to me and hugged me. "Oh my god Elizabeth the marriage is doing you well, you look beautiful." Valeria says as she looks at me. "Thank you Valeria, how is everything going?" I said going to the couch as we both sit down. "Everything is going well, we are repainting a lot of rooms and fixing the house. Now that you know we have the money." Valeria said feeling kinda guilty. "I'm happy but please don't let anyone go to my mothers room Valeria." I say being very serious. She grabs my hands and looks at me "of course not, that room has been locked for years now." She says as she smiles. The door opens and I turn around to see it was Hannah. I get up and give her a long hug and smile at her. "Elizabeth I'm going to go and see what I else I need before I leave with you tonight." Valeria says as she smiles as both of us and leaves. I turn to look at Hannah. "I'm so happy you came, you don't know how much I missed you Hannah." I say hugging her again. She smiles and hugs back. "I missed you way more, hows your marriage going? Have you been to your honey moon yet?" Hannah says giggling. I giggle back, "No way, hopefully we wont. I don't want to, you know?" I' say remembering the kiss Cameron give me before I left his office last night. "Is he here?" I say as I look at Hannah. "Ya I followed everything you told me and he's waiting for you in your room." She says smiling. I smile and thank her and head upstairs. My heart was beating so quickly and I was finally going to see the love of my life again. I knocked on the door four times so Christopher knew it was me. He opened it and he smiled at me, looking at me like it was the first time in years he has seen me. "Elizabeth." He said quietly. I come inside quickly and lock the door and I turn around to see him. Christopher comes to me and grabs me by the waist. "I missed you much Chris." I say caressing his cheek and then his lips. We begin to kiss and I put my arms around his neck and I stopped. "Why didn't you Come for me." I said looking at him straight in the eyes. He sat on the bed and I sat near him. "Im waiting to finish this semester, graduate and then fight for you. I'll finally be a lawyer and we can cut the contract off." He says as he grabs my hand. "That's way too long, Christopher. That's in four more months." I say already seeing Cameron wanting to have a family or taking me away from here. "Anything can happen within these four months." I say getting up and looking at him. "I know, I Know its not that easy Elizabeth." He says standing up and looking at me. "I need to think of another plan." He says taking a deep breath. I thought about what Luke told me this morning before I left the house, but it was probably one of his plans to get me in trouble. "It's also hard because there is No way of contacting each other." He says. "Look where I live now, there's a train station near by and we can meet there and escape. Ill see the times and I'll try to call you through the kitchen phone." I say Knowing it wont be easy at all. "Perfect. I think thats a perfect idea." He says as he then leans in to kiss me passionately. I close my eyes I kiss him back, but this time I wasn't thinking about Christopher, I was thinking about Cameron.
