Chapter 11

Elizabeth

I'm with my mom, she is knitting and I'm playing with my toys. As I'm playing, she is singing of my favorite songs in the world. I stand up and go sit on her lap and play with her beautiful, soft hair that I always loved. She smiles as me and she continues to sing and I slowly fall asleep in her arms. I wake up quickly knowing that it was all just a dream. I look at the other side of the bed and see that Cameron didn't sleep here last night. I get up and get dressed. I put on a loose dress and put my hair up today, adding a bit of makeup. I head downstairs and see Valeria and Alice sitting together for breakfast. "Morning." I said looking around the living room and around areas of the house. "Good morning." Alice said as she looked at me weird and looked at Valeria as she look confused as well. "Are you okay Elizabeth?" Valeria said. I keep looking and then I go to the table and sit down. "Have you guys seen Cameron?" I Said looking at both of them. Alice smiles as I asked that question. "He left for work early honey, why?" Alice said. I receive my coffee, thanked the maid and look at Alice. "I'm just wondering because he didn't sleep in our bedroom last night." I said taking a sip of my coffee. "Someone is starting to have feelings for Cameron." Valeria said as she smiles as me. I smile and blush a bit and take one more sip of my coffee. "well, ladies I have to head out. I will see you guys later." I said as I get up and head out. I tell the driver to take me to my old house to see my father. I get on and he takes me there. As we get there, the driver opens the door for me and lets me out. I head inside and go upstairs and I knock on my bedroom door. The door opens and I close it behind me quickly and I turn around and see Christopher. I end up locking the door, and we end up kissing.

Cameron

I was in my office, couldn't focus on what I was doing. I couldn't stop thinking about Elizabeth and the way she rejected me near the waterfall yesterday. My feelings for her were growing and I couldn't help myself. I knew she had to had some feelings for me, just a bit a least. I look at my picture frames that are on my desk and I look at my father and mother. I look at my beautiful mother with her blue eyes and blonde hair, she looks nothing like she looked before. My father was a handsome man, but also a coward. I hear a knock on the door and I React quickly. "Come in." I said as I grab my pen and pretend I'm writing and I look up. "Oh hey Luke." I said as I put the pen down. "Wow someone isn't very happy to see me today, don't worry I'm not here to ask you about the lands." He said as he sits down and looks at Cameron. "Well good." I say as I look at Luke. He smiles and puts his feet up on my desk. "How is life going, Cameron?" He said smiling at me. "It's alright, still struggling with Elizabeth. I want her to trust me." I say thinking about that kiss from yesterday. "Oh I see, why don't you guys go on a honeymoon or somewhere far away from here for a while." Luke says as he grabs a pen plays with it. I look at Luke and then nod. "Not a bad idea, Luke. She needs to get away from all of this." I say thinking about all the places we could go. Thinking about a place where she can be free and be happy.

Luke

"I finally found a way to get Cameron to leave so we can get Gabriel to sign the papers." Luke says as he kisses Emma on the neck from behind her chair. Emma gets up and walks to the other side of the desk. "Really? Explain." She said crossing her arms and looking at Luke. "Emma, lets just say its something they do after a wedding." He says smiling and coming to Emma. She turns around and looks at Luke. "A honeymoon?" She says as Luke gets worried for Emma's reaction. "You are a genius, baby!" She kisses Luke and they end up kissing passionately. Luke pulls Emma's hair to the side to kiss her neck and kiss her jaw. "Just make sure to find out when they are leaving." she says as she has her eyes closed and takes Luke's shirt off.

Elizabeth

I cuddle with Christopher and hold his hand as I smile at him. "You graduate in two months." She said. "Yes I do, you would be graduating with me." he said putting my hair behind my ear. "You will be a great lawyer." I said as I close my eyes and come closer to him. "You need to come for me, Christopher." I said sounding serious before its too late. "I will, I promise you." He says as he whispers and kisses me softly. "I have to go, I have a class soon and I don't want to be late" He says kissing my forehead and getting up. I get up and I open the window for him and he comes to me. "See you soon princess." He says kissing me one more time and leaving. I wait a while and I go downstairs and head to the driver. We head home, after a while, I go inside finding Cameron in the living room. "Hey I was waiting for you." He says standing up and coming to me. "Cameron, I was with- "Look" He says handing me something. I look at them and they are tickets to the Hawaii. "We are leaving tonight, so pack your things." He says smiling at me. I was speechless, I didn't know what to say. "What about your job?" I said. "I asked for weeks off, so we can spend some time together." He said as he was waiting for me to ask this question. "What about the school we are building? Or what about Valeria?" I say trying to find a reason to stay. "Elizabeth, the school and the rest is still being build, and Valeria can stay here as long as she wants." He says as he gives me my ticket and he takes his own. "Pack your things." He says as he leaves the living room. I take a deep breath and head upstairs, not knowing what to do. I had only two hours and 30 mins to figure something out. I sit down on the couch and look at the window. I hear a knock on the door and they come in. "Oh hey Valeria." I say as she comes and sits with me. "What are you doing here? Get ready, you are leaving in one hour." She says as she looks at me. "I know, I just don't know how I feel about living with Cameron." I say looking at her. She grabs my hand and smiles. "Your mother always wanted to travel the world. Do it for her honey." she smiles and gets up leaving. I smile slowly and start packing my things. 1 week and a half isn't that bad.
