Keith Kogane Oneshot & Preferences 《REQUESTS OPEN》

Jealousy

   (Before I start this I am assuming that two months for the paladins was two years for Keith so none of yall are confused)

    Keith, Krolia and the wolf were walking around in the forest when Keith abruptly stops. "Wait I hear something" he stands behind a tree while listening to the humming. He then looks over the see a female like figure washing cloths in the river with nice blonde hair. Keith is caught stairing when the blonde looks behind her abruptly and gasps. Keith's eyes widen in shock when he notices her markings "An Altean...".

    Back at the castle of lions the purple paladin (Y/N) was fighting out her problems. The (H/C) haired girl fought the two gladiators fiercely with her bayard whitch was in spear form. Why was the paladin so frusterated well her boyfriend and former paladin of Voltron hasn't visited in two months. It scared her, she tried getting in contact with Kolivan many times but she was always cut off. She was also extremly pissed that Keith wouldn't try to contact her either, her anxiety was at a very high. As she deafeated the gladiators she was called down to the pod hangars.

Keith flew into the castles hangars with a small frown of uncertainty he missed (Y/N) dearly and wondered how she was. He jumped out of the altean pod with a stearn face the first words he heard were from Shiro "Keith, its so good to see you".                                                                                    He nodded his head slightly looking for (Y/N) but she was not found in the crowd. Lance then approached him saying in a saracastic nagging tone "Hold on. How do we know you're the real Keith and not his bigger, cooler, grizzled older brother?".                                                                                    Keith then responded harshly "I don't have time for this ,Lance!".                                                      Lance then came back with a over exaggerated "Hey, everybody, Keith's back!".                            "We need to stop Lotor. He's been lyi-" Keith tried to explain but then heard a yell from the doors 

     "Keith ?!" the purple paladin yelled in exictement running over to the group then looking at his body. "How did you get so tall in two months !!!" she then tackled him in a hug and he hugged back then pushing her away in the kindness manner he could think of giving her a sincere look. She gave him a weird look then asked "so whats going on?" the eighteen year old girl asked .                                                                                                                                                                      Keith then continued "Lotor has been lying to all of us!" he said in a serious tone it sounded like his voice got huskier.                                                                                                                                                             "About what ?" me and Shiro said at the same time with confused looks. A blonde altean, a galran female and a wolf looking creature came from the pods. "Everything !" the altean yelled  everyone looked at her with wide suprised eyes.                                                                                                    Coran than spoke up "You're... You're altean!" he said with joy in his eyes to see another of his race. Lance and Hunk than questioned "who's the galra" and "Is that a wolf". But (Y/N) couldnt seem to see passed the look in Keith's eyes when he looked at the altean, she felt and uncertainty in her stomach. "Where have you been !" the (H/C) colored girl said in a sterner voice then she intended.                                                                                                                                                 

"I promise I'll explain everthing once we get to Lotor" Keith said looking at everyone.                         The purple paladin commented "We can't do that he is in the quintessence field with Allura".  "We have traveled through realities before. Can't we just fly in there and attack".                                   "Didn't you pay attention to what she said, Allura is with her we can't risk hurting her" Lance said in all seriousness. The girl frowned at how Keith blunlty ingnored the main picture inclueding when she said it . "Why are we attacking anyways?" Hunk questioned just as confused as everyone else in this situation.                                                                                                               Shiro then butted in "look Keith, (Y/N)- everyone calm down" he said in his commanding voice. "When they return we can sort this out" we all then headed to the control room.

    The purple paladin sat in her paladin chair keeping to herself she couldn't get the look he gave Romelle out of her head... she could't remember the last time Keith looked at her like that. Shiro then starts a conversation "Lance was right. You have changed" Keith then responded with "Time is different where ive been". The purple paladin just kept to her self looking at some sound waves from the quintessence field to make sure nothing would happen to Allura, this paladin was on edge highly at the moment. She trusted Lotor but after hearing Romelle's story she was conflicted. "Shiro I am Krolia its nice to meet you , I've been told all about you, thank you for raising him to the man he is today" the galran woman named Krolia said with a proudful tone.  Keith spoke up "Krolia is with the blade of mamora ... she is also my mother" the busy paladins ears perked at this turning around from her observations. Shiro smiles then starts"Its a honor-", "What okay this is nuts! You come back with your galran mom, a wolf and a altean". "We have to make a plan on Lotor when he arriv-" the purple paladin was interupted by the time wold licking her face and tackling her "H-Hey !" she yells then goes into a giggling fit. Keith smiles slightly then Krolia walks up to the purple paladin too and sniffs her slightly "you smell a little like Keith " she says with a questionalble look. The two blush and evoid contact then Krolia comments "You're way prettier than Keith's says for you to be " she then helps the (E/C) colored paladin up "thats why (the wolfs name we dont know) likes you so much".

    You then noticed Romelle getting a little closer to Keith and holding in you glare paladins are nice then suddenly the alarm goes off. "There back !" Coran states with a nervous tone.                     Then Romelle pipes in "What are you waiting for ,open fire" that triggers a nerve of your's.              "Don't you understand that princess Allura is with him" you comment with a slight growl under your breath and Keith looking at you of your bold comment, Krolia smirking slightly.                          "We're gonna let him back on board?" Hunk says with a trembleing tone.                                                  "We must, as long as Allura is with him" Coran starts and you finish "We can not risk any attack that could harm her " you state matter factly.

       Romelle thought to herself 'what is this girls deal I just want this to be done with '

Who knew a rivalry could start so fast just in hours, this was going to be a long battle for the paladins and (Y/N).
