Soul Colour: White, tinted blue. [ White is the standard colour for monsters, as it stands for HOPE. I would kind it safe to assume that all monsters have different soul traits like humans combined with their HOPE. His is integrity. ]
Magic Type: Blue and Ice
Powers: Much like Sans and Papyrus, he can use blue magic, but he only uses it in defense to "freeze" someone in their place. He can create an icicle sword, cry ice tears you have to stopmoving in order to dodge, and use snow to turn your soul blue [ it doesn't doesn't do any damage ]
Weaknesses: He is very weak to fire or heat, as it will melt him. He has low physical defence levels, so a melee weapon wigt higher attack levels would work better.

His clothes are made with ice insulation to regulate his deathly cold body temperature.

Personality: The only thing actually cold about Uti is his body and his attitude towards himself. He always tries to make himself useful, that way people are happy and treat him as if he really has a purpose to be there. Although he is very quiet, he can be a bit too trusting and s completely destroyed when someone breaks his trust or goes against him after he helped them. Uti's anxiety is usually winding up in him, so there are a lot of negative things that can be said or done that will cause him to start hyperventilating/crying (i.e. "you did it wrong", "get lost"). Overall, he is just a really sweet kid with self-esteem issues and terrible anxiety.
Dislikes: Ridicule, tying his boots, Hotlands, melting, crying, fighting, his family/species, messing up, anime.

Backstory: Uti doesn't have that well of a background. He grew up in a home with his family like most, but they were very big on keeping the bloodline "pure" and never tried having a relationship with monsters other than Daemons. The family is very negative, where chaos ensues every day and almost never receive a compliment or praise their entire lives, turning them into sour, hateful beings. Uti's family would fit really well in the Underfell universe, just to summarise. Keeping "pure" also leads to incest, to which he is the child of. He's considered a mutant/albino due to how light his hair and skin is, even with how his mindset is. "No one tries to help others unless it's for manipulation to get what you want," "the only attention you get is what you deserve: nothing or negative," are their sayings. With this in in mind, his family treats him like trash as he goes and helps other people with their families and friends because he wants to give them the positive attention that he desires. Uti has gotten away from that hellhole and lives alone in an igloo in Snowdin with a small pine tree next to it. He even sleeps in an ice chest.
