QUIRK NAME Fingerpaint
QUIRK DESC Type – Emitter A user of this quirk can emit paint from their fingers –and by extension, their hands. The quirk can be "charged" by drinking or dipping hands in paint. To activate the quirk, the user can use different hand movements to spread it (fingerguns, flicking, swipe). Using different coloured paints will have different effects: • Red - burning sensations in areas hit • Orange - fire (fire can spread on flammable items) • Yellow - creates shield that the user can attack through, but block some of others' attacks • Green - heals surface injuries • Blue - temporarily paralyses up to two limbs that it touches for up to an hour each • Indigo - makes a subject invisible • Violet - traps subject in bindings • White - erases all other paint except black • Black - excess paint
DRAWBACKS • cannot use against water • user pukes up black paint • when casting paint, colour cannot mix/be combined on a single hand, meaning each colour has to be casted individually (although, each hand can emit a different colour individually) • if hands get wet, they can go transparent if the user's hands get soaked; when hands are transparent, the user has intense pain and their hands cannot function properly
POWER MOVES • Burning Binds – hands swipe toward the subject and are held under violet and red paint; the subject is held in the binds and has a burning sensation from said binds for an hour, or if Vernice decides to use white paint • Useless Legs – finger guns pointed the subject(s)'s knees with blue and violent paint; the subject(s) cannot use their legs due to the inability from the entraption of the subject(s)'s knees

BG Vernice had been born into a rather wealthy family in Italy, though was the child from an affair, and had gained the father's quirk, whom was an Italian Pro Hero. The father to his four other siblings, the ones that were legitimate children of his mother's, had decided to just keep him in the family, and was treated with the same respect as Vernice's siblings (real people, never really a full child). The boy wanted to become a hero just like his birth father, and had convinced his parents to move to Japan just before he was able to get into UA Highschool, along as adding the benefit of extending their business in Japan.
MISC - the only time he doesn't wear gloves is when he uses his quirk - not an eboy, even if he dresses like that (instead a chaotic dumbass) - surprisingly strong
