Chapter Five

Vanessa and Tilly was woken up by a knock coming from their bedroom door so Vanessa grabbed a black jumper put it on then proceeded to answer the door. "Hi, Vanessa you and Tilly might want to follow me," Paizley said, "why?" Tilly asked concerned "follow me and find out" Paizley replied leading Vanessa and Tilly to the school courtyard. They arrived at the courtyard to find a crowd of people in a circle. Vanessa pushed through the crowd to see Jax and Dylan fighting "Stop" Vanessa shouted walking to the middle of the circle "Vanessa what are you doing here" Dylan asked "Paizley brought me and Tilly here what are you doing" Vanessa replied "I told Dylan to say away from my girlfriend he said no so we are fighting for the right to own you" Jax smirked "I'm not an object to be owned I am my own person I choose who my friends are and who my relationships are with not you" Vanessa spat. She was about to walk closer to the pair when Jax punched Dylan in the gut causing him to fall to the floor. Something snapped in Vanessa causing her to run up to Jax grab him by the throat and chuck him into a tree. She then walked up to me and began punching him "you're lucky I'm not itching for a fight, if you come near me or my friends you will be joining your father" Vanessa promised. Jax ran off followed by the crowd and his little posse. Once everyone was gone leaving Vanessa, Tilly, Paizley and Dylan, Vanessa ran over to him and helped him up "you didn't need to do that" Vanessa said "I did what I needed to protect you" Dylan replied. He was about to say something else when Vanessa raised her hands to his face and held it up then kissed him. Let's hope her father doesn't find out.
