Chapter nine

Dylan and Vanessa followed Paizley to where Tilly was and once they got there. They saw Tilly on the floor surrounded by blood with Rylan kneeling next to her tears coming out his eyes "who did this" Vanessa asked "I don't know" Rylan replied "Tilly who did this" she said kneeling in the pool of blood "j.j. Jax" Tilly coughed before closing her eyes "Rylan, Dylan take her to the infirmary ill be back" Vanessa instructed before running off to find Jax. She closed her eyes as her  clothes began to absorb themselves into her black fur as her eyes changed from brown to bright red. She sniffed the air trying to find to Jax's scent. It didn't take Vanessa that long to find his scent she closed her eyes and blocked out all the white noise in the background then set off for the student lounge where Jax was lying of one of the purple leather couches, sleeping. Before she pushed open the door she transformed back into a human and pushed the door open making sure no sound could be heard from the outside. Vanessa picked up Jax's body by the cuff of his collar and chucked him across the room making a dent in the wall "what the hell was that for" he asked "your hurt Tilly" Vanessa replied coldly "she deserved it" Jax replied but before he could finish Vanessa ran up to him and punched him across the face "you shouldn't have done that" He spat "Aww did I hurt your pretty little face" Vanessa replied. Jax got up from the floor and surprised Vanessa with a fist to the gut causing her to stumble backwards.

My eyes started to shake warning me my eyes would soon evolve into a bright and vibrant red. My Vampire side breaking free "show who you really are" Jax mocked.

Vanessa lost control causing her to grab Jax by the throat and begin to strangle him "before I kill you  tell me what you did to Tilly" "never" he spat "bye then" Vanessa said walking closer to window getting ready to chuck Jax out of the window "Vanessa our him down" Dylan shouted walking into hurricane hit room. "I've had enough of Jax hurting me and the people I care about" Vanessa cried walking even closer to the window ledge. Dylan walked up to the crying girl and forced her to kiss him "I will protect you from things like him even if I die trying" Dylan said before kissing Vanessa on the lips causing her to drop Jax letting him run away.
