She walked through the dark streets, hearing the cars passed by. She was looking for someone and finally found him sitting down on the steps of the convenient store.

He had just finished drinking some soju as it was still lying on the ground.

"Hey, come on," The girl said, trying to pull him up.

"No," The boy said in his muffled voice as he pulled up his shirt, covering his face. "Go away, stranger."

The girl sighed, "Please, get up."

The girl succeeded in letting him stand. As she was putting his arm around her shoulders, the boy pushed her away.

"No! I'm not coming with you,"

Feeling heartbroken after hearing those words, the girl continued to protest. "You're drunk. You can't even walk straight. Let me take you home."

"Of course I can!" The boy happily exclaimed. He started to walk away the store, the girl following closely behind.

If she can't take him home, she'll just have to follow him wherever he goes.

The girl was too busy to realize that the boy was already waiting to cross the street but he didn't wait for the go signal. He stepped on the white line, not noticing the speeding car ahead.

She widens her eyes as she ran towards him, yelling out his name, "Yuta, watch out!"

Yeseul opened her eyes, trying to catch her breath. It feels like she was running. She looked at the starry sky beside her through the window, hugging a teddy bear, "Why was Yuta in my dream?"

Yeseul started to search for some boxes up the attic. She wanted to know if there were some signs of her and Yuta being close together.

She already searched inside her room but there was nothing. Only a photograph of her with the soccer club.

"Noona? What are you doing?" Haechan asked, being woken up by the noise.

"I'm looking for something," Yeseul answered, not looking up at her younger brother.

"Can't it wait? It's 2 am,"

"No, it can't. I need answers, now."

Haechan yawned, "To what?"

"To the dream I had," She put down one of the box, and continued looking in the next one. "Yuta was there. We were crossing the street and I don't know something happened."

Haechan's face was full of shock and confusion. Yuta hyung wss there when she got into an accident?

Haechan kept that thought in his head, "Then what exactly are you looking for?"

"Maybe a pic or something -" Something caught Yeseul's attention as she rummaged through the box. Lying underneath it was a picture of her and Yuta.

The longer she looked at the picture, the faster her heart beats. He was wearing a red flannel shirt, arms wrapped around Yeseul's shoulders.

"Noona," Haechan called out, putting an arm on her shoulder. Tears started to form in her eyes.

"We - were we close?" Yeseul asked Haechan.

"Yeah, you could say that," Haechan answers. He knew it was wrong to butt in their relationship but he has to know what happened.

And the only person who can answer that is Yuta himself.

Yeseul bit her lip as she put the picture in her back pocket, "I'm going to confront him about this,"

She walked down the attic, leaving it a mess with the boxes lying around, "Wait! Who's gonna clean this?"

"Lee Donghyuck! What are you doing in the attic at 2 am?!" He heard her mom from the bottom of the stairs.

"Noona was the one who came here first!" Haechan replied.

"Are you going to bed or do I have to drag you down the stairs like I did last time?" The words made the hair on Haechan's neck stood up. He quickly walked down the attic earning a few glares from his mom before entering his room.

Yuta kicked the ball but it missed the goal.

"What's up with you?" Taeyong asked, running through the field. Kun, who was the goalkeeper, was about to walk up to him but Yuta gave him a 'take a break' hand signal.

"Today was supposed to be our third anniversary," Yuta muttered, looking down on the ground.

Taeyong mouthed an 'aah' and patted his friend's back, "You want to talk to her? You know, just as friends?"

"I can't even look at her straight in the eye," Yuta admits. "Plus her parents practically hate me now. I saw them at the restaurant the other day. They were about to order but walked out when they saw me in one of the tables."

Taeyong nods as he continued listening to Yuta, "Seeing her with Ten is something I could've never imagined. But it's for her own good. She doesn't deserve someone like me."

"Yuta..." Taeyong felt pity for his bestfriend. He knew how much he loved Yeseul and how much he's enduring the pain just to make her safe.

Taeyong would've never agreed to this if he was home back then. Taeil broke the news to them when they were in boot camp but they had to finish it because none of them were really related to Yeseul to call it an urgent emergency.

Yuta told Taeyong a day after they met Yeseul again. Just to clear things up.

Both of them decided to head back to the practice room when they spotted Winwin waving his hands towards them.

"What's up, Winko?" Yuta asked, holding the soccer ball in his hands.

"You gotta come quick, hyung," Winwin pointed at the club room. "Yeseul's looking for you."
